Split Thread AA77 FBI Investigation [split from: AA77 FDR Data, Explained]

Yes it is since i have the verifiable sources that suport when the crime scene investigation was actaully started.

The investigation started when the FBI began collecting evidence. In other words, immediately after agents arrived on the scene.

What was it the Jesuits said about "invincible ignorance"?

What we're seeing goes much deeper than mere stubbornness or ignorance, and it isn't pretty. We've got someone claiming that collecting evidence isn't part of a criminal investigation.

I found great humor in the fact he had to cut/paste his misspelled line in posts 559 and 560. How lazy is it to have to cut/paste a one sentence reply?

Please show me in your source quoted where it states the investigation was started or admit you are wrong.

No it was not, please show me in your source quoted where it states the investigation was started or admit you are wrong.

Please explain how collecting evidence falls outside the definition of a criminal investigation.

Roger:

The "I" in "FBI" stands for "INVESTIGATION". Investigating is what the FBI DOES. Those FBI agents weren't just standing around killing time until the local authorities took over. They were INVESTIGATING. From FIVE MINUTES after the crash. And before you ask for a source for this statement, read post #457.

This isn't fun any more, Roger, and what's more, it never really was.

Please show me in your source quoted where it states the investigation was started or admit you are wrong.

The source states that FBI agents began collecting evidence immediately after they arrived on the scene. Everyone sane understands that collecting evidence is part of a criminal investigation. The investigation, therefore, began immediately after the agents arrived.

Trust me, your problems are not merely semantical.

I think all of that information is on post #457. Please read that for the information you requested.

Mr. Literal demands a literal answer. No additional information need apply.

"Literal"--what's "literal" about denying that collecting evidence is part of a criminal investigation??? You know the word you want.
