Collecting evidence and recovering bodies is NOT investigating a crime scene?

Are you high or something?

Please explain to me what other actions fall under your definition of "investigating" other than "collecting evidence" and "recovering bodies". What should the FBI have been doing other than "collecting evidence" and "recovering bodies" that would sate your qualifications that the FBI was in fact "investigating".

AFAIK, just because you don't OFFICIALLY have jurisdiction doesn't mean you can't begin work on the collection of evidence. I would postulate that the reason FBI agents were sent out with the R&R teams in the first place was to ensure the proper chain of custody and handling for evidence found during the intial recovery efforts.

When considered in the context of everything we know about FLight 77 and all the events of 9/11. The point U1 is trying to flog is irrelevant.

What date do you think will be on the reports?

I would postulate that the reason FBI agents were sent out with the R&R teams in the first place was to ensure the proper chain of custody and handling for evidence found during the intial recovery efforts.

FBI agents got in trouble for taking material from the crime scene. So much for chain of custody.

What do you really know aboout Flight 77? Anything real or just what you have been told?

That doesn't mean squat nor does it support your claim. You're applying your own definintion as to what the statement actually means. Please explain how the fact that the FBI "officially took control of the site" means that they did no investigating prior to that.

Well i have recieved the FDR data from the NTSB and done a lot of research on actual research sites.

What about you, any FOIA request to find out information?

I don't work for the FBI. I don't work in law enforcement. I couldn't even begin to speculate on what date they would use on their forms, nor do I think it's all that relevant to the big picture.

Find out information thats readily available on this thing called the internet? You do know you can get all the FDR data online, Roger. It's a neat tool to use. But make sure you just dont get all of your data from the trutehr sites you frequent....expand your searches to reliable sites.

But i prefer to get the actual information from the NTSB through a FOIA request, you should try it sometime.

Are you currently working on the AA77 case in a professional capacity as an investigator or technical consultant, or even in a clerical manner?

If the answer to that question is "NO" then I hardly see how you can speculate on what date would be placed on their forms, unless you used to be an FBI agent with experience dealing with simultaneous hijackings that turned into suicide attacks.

I was a federal police officer and know what dates should go on documents.

I know a little and what i do not know i get people that do know to help me.

I was a Crew Chief in the Air Force as proven by documents i have posted before.
