A new investigation for 9/11. Why?

Here is what I don't get. The twoofers (The very few that are left) keep crying out about having a new investigation. Who the hell exactly are they talking to? The government? Last time I checked, they were accusing the government of mass murder and covering up 9/11 so it can't be them. If not the government, then who? It seems that if they really want a new investigation they wouldn't be protesting or posting on internet forums. They would be going around to various agencies and companies trying to raise money and organize this investigation of theirs to be done independently. Am I wrong here? Twoofers, please correct me if I have missed something.

They really don't want a new investigation, they want a new conclusion.

And if a new investigation doesn’t give them the conclusion they want, then they will demand yet another new investigation. and so on.

Come to think of it, when I am out talking to people on the street I have a really hard time finding anyone that believes the Official Conspiracy Theory. Yet here on JREF I am repeatedly told how everyone believes the Official Conspiracy Theory and only a tiny tiny minority of people believe it was an inside job. I guess that means I have extreme luck in meeting almost exclusively people who do not believe the Official Conspiracy Theory...Hmmm that MUST be a conspiracy as well

Wrong question - Do you believe we know the entire truth about 9/11.
Answer you will get from most (including me) - No we don't.

Better Question (to get an accurate idea of who believes the USG did it) - Who do you think carried out the 9/11 attacks?

Well they did around the 5th anni, and Luke, in the documentary New World Order, stated they get 1000-2000, so I was guestimating...could be wrong, thats for sure.

Which pretty much means any numbers coming out of the mouth of a biased individual (in this case Luke) should be taken with a huge grain of salt.

They "demand" a new investigation, because they have to say SOMETHING when people say "well, what now?" What else can they say? In reality, they know there cannot be an investigation which meets their definition of independent, since the government cannot independently investigate itself, and no one else can be authorized to do it for them. So they get to have their cake (believe any version of CT they want) and eat it too (no one can disprove it).

Yeah, you have had 7 years for that. If everyone believes the lies that you are spewing, then why is there no independent investigation yet?

So they get to have their cake (believe any version of CT they want) and eat it too (no one can disprove it).

One of my friends turned Twoofer. (She and her husband, actually!)
She told me that the only way to have a valid investigation was to have it conducted by "truly impartial" parties: people who weren't affiliated with either the government or 9/11 Truth. It would have to be a third party.

She didn't elaborate on who this third party could be, or who would pay for the investigation, and I didn't think to ask her. She got really evasive whenever you asked her any hard questions about the "movement".

I haven't seen her in a few years, I wonder if she's given up twoofiness, as so many others have.
