The only thing the twoofers say about him is that he was waterboarded and would confess anything, alex jones as far as i know has not said a word about him.

But if he gets found guilty and is executed,the next day he will be a martyr for the twoofers and be their poster boy.

I don't want to derail too much into politics, but I think one has to separate SHUTTING DOWN GITMO, from SETTING THE SUSPECTS/DETAINEES FREE. They are two completely different things.

Because of all that has come out about torture, detention without trial, and because of what the place has come to represent to the world community, I feel (of course, as an outsider/Canadian) that Gitmo should be shut down. I DO NOT, however, feel that any of the detainees, at this point (without trial) should be set free.
