Oh Jesus I'm actually having to describe Minecraft as a counter-argument in a 9/11 thread. This is an event that is actually happening.
Minecraft is a creativity/building video game where the player character can mine different blocks and use them to create various structures and devices out of them.
The game has only the most rudimentary of physics engines, the various blocks do no actually have real life properties, and even basic physics factors like gravity, momentum, combustion, and... err reality either don't exist, are vastly simplified, or work in ways they don't in real life.
To make a "simulation" in Minecraft as an argument for or against a real world occurrence is simply beyond silly.
