If the PNAC crowd were going to start a war, they'd not first gut the forces they were going to fight it with -- which is exactly what the Secretary of Defense was intent on doing with the force structure.

My understanding is the CT plot involves the globalists using unpopular wars like Iraq to totally discredit (and essentially destroy) the US Military. The actual takeover of the world is to be carried out by a secret United Nations army (see Black Helicopters at Wikipedia).

Of course I have never heard a CTer provide an explanation for where these legions of UN troops come from...

I don't understand why the globalists don't stop starting wars so they can just cut back on the military because it's not needed. Why can't they achieve world domination through creating peace first? I mean, they start all the wars in the first place.
