First, your YouTube embedment sucks. Second, the video last over 40 minutes. 40 minutes! Do you have a summary lasting 40 seconds?

The 'security bonds' - which were due for the routine 10 year authenticity and ownership checks?

According to the video, this was the primary motive.

I would say that a plan on this scale would require a good part of that 10 years to fine tune.

Yeah I noticed that too.

I watched the whole video and found that it is believable. That is not to say that I believe any of it, but understand why many people would.

It's an interesting theory, I'll give it that. I eventually lost interest about 3/4ths of the way through. Short version: Powers That Be let it happen on purpose, but specifically targeted certain floors to wipe out data about some large transfer of money from security bonds that were from the end of the Cold War. Apparently the current "conspiracy theories" are actually shills covering for the greater evil, or just plain wrong (I wasn't certain about which angle the video was going for).
It would be a great story, but...

There are no citations or sources whatsoever for any of this. It's all baseless assertions and accusations, with nothing of substance to back it up. It's really little more than a collection of "if", "maybe", "possibly" and other non-committal words.

If one can sneak into a facility to wire it for demolition to eliminate evidence, why not just... I dunno.. take the evidence?

Exactly. It wouldn't be difficult to just remove the incriminating data or doctor it. It seems awfully elaborate and unnecessary to organize the whole event for the sole purpose of covering one's tracks. Walk in, yank the drive, walk out. End of story.
