We've had the National Geographic special, but I'm sure various other TV channels will be airing new 9/11-related programmes around the anniversary of the attacks, and maybe re-running older ones that haven't been seen for a while. And so I thought it might be worth starting a thread where people could share what their local TV are doing, and when they're doing it, as well as perhaps reviewing the programme later (many of these get shown in other countries later, so advance warning might be useful).
Here in the UK we've this new one:
And this re-run:
The second one first appeared last year & got 4 Emmy nominations I think. It's a History Channel programme, the official site is here (don't miss the interactive map at http://www.history.com/genericContent.do?id=60326), and it's airing everywhere around 9/11. In Canada, for instance, it's "airing on CBC News: The Passionate Eye on Sunday September 13th at 10pm" (http://www.channelcanada.com/Article3349.html).
Here in the UK we've this new one:
9/11: Phone Calls from the Towers
Sunday September 6th, 9PM, Channel 4 (re-runs twice on More 4, 9/11)
Featuring newly-uncovered audio recordings, a wealth of previously unseen home movies, and powerful testimony from the victims' families, 9/11: Phone Calls from the Towers tells the stories of some of the people trapped in the World Trade Center in September 2001.
As the programme shows, these recorded messages and memories of the private calls remain a treasured legacy for the families left behind, the last known words of their loved ones. Dignified and full of love, they show humanity at its best and most courageous in the face of evil.

And this re-run:
9/11: 102 Minutes That Changed America
Monday September 7th, 9PM, Channel 4 (no re-runs that I can see)
A hundred and two minutes passed between the first plane's impact into North Tower of the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001, the second plane's attack on South Tower, and the collapse of both buildings.
In that time, people around New York reached for their cameras.
This documentary joins together hundreds of pieces of footage and audiotape into a single, seamless historical record, much of it never seen before.
It is an intensely personal and new perspective of the tragedy, telling that morning's events in real time, as they were experienced by people around New York.
