2nd American Revolution coming?

Not really. I limited to a change in the House fueled by anti-incumbent fervor. After the Civil War, the GOP had control of the house until the turn of the century. Then control was the function of a handful of seats. No real "throw the bums out movement". When FDR took over, the Dems already had the House. The Dems then kept the House until Gingrich.
 
Yeah, quite the "revolution" going on here. A lot of people buying TV ad-time, talking loudly & stupidly, giving speeches, and *gasp* talking about voting. The horror, the horror.

Wake me when the real shooting starts... then I might be impressed with the word "revolution"
