Although like most republicans, she lines up to kiss trump's flabby buttocks 99% of the time, on a couple of occasions she has actually opposed him (she was one of the few republicans who initially voted to release the Epstein files, and voted to certify the 2020 election results.)

Hopefully her defeat (in part due to a lack of Trump's endorsement) will cause her to be a bit more... resistant... to Trump's agenda in the months between now and next January.

I remember when Obama was in charge, Republicans accused Democrats of worshipping Obama. Of course, they ignored the many times Obama's actions were challenged by Democrats, and even when Obama's actions/policies changed because of discourse and compromises. I think they were sincere in their belief that we woshipped Obama because that's how they treat their leaders. They can't fathom of a group who follows a leader but doesn't worship that leader. This is why they almost always fall in line.

I hit them hard on that. I started talking about Steve Hilton who's a fantastic guy and they approved Steve Hilton very quickly."

I seem to recall a story on Fox News about an elementary school class in Chicago singing a song about Obama after he got elected President. The commentators freaked out and talked about what a creepy personality-cultish thing it was (and mind you, I'm not 100% convinced it was appropriate). Yet Trump's name and image suddenly appearing three stories high in front of government buildings passes without comment.

Trump says that the only reason Steve HIlton advanced in the primary is because he criticized California’s elections: I started hitting them. And they approved Hilton quickly. The only reason he got approved was because the heat was on them.

There is no way they can let the Dems gain control of Congress. All of the truth will come out. They'll be toast.

Either the election is rigged or an outright military coup with all Dem leaders arrested and sent to prison camps. Disappearances, anyone?
