I see no problem with everything you posted, except for the sentence above. The only way you could possibly know this with 100% certainty is if you talked to EVERY SINGLE legal immigrant in this country, which I doubt you did, otherwise, it's a blanket statement and those are usually (if not always) untrue.
I'm sure there are many that feel that way, but how about immigrants who are working towards citizenship? Do they also feel the same way about them, or how about the children of immigrants, or how about those trying to escape brutal regimes?
What are their feelings about all those issues?
ETA: BTW, I'm a reasonable republican, and I have no problem with immigrants, even if they have no reason for being here, except for those who act like criminals by hurting folks. Not ALL immigrants are like that. Some just want to provide for their children, and I really can't fault them for that.
