It's a carefully designed tactic from the right.

Claim media bias and the response is that the media doesn't challenge lies in an attempt to appear balanced.

It's worked quite well for them. The media rarely pushes back on Republican lies. When a Democrat is interviewed, they are almost violently assaulted by the media, no matter what they say.
 
I think every American, including Democratic Party officials and voters should show their support for Donald Trump following these two assassination attempts with assault weapons by offering our thoughts and prayers.

We talked about the undecided "low information" voters. I watched...why???...trump "town hall." From the clapping and the stupid things (stop food imports to lower prices?) I conclude that the MAGA folk are all low information voters. Not one in there, including Trump, knows how tariffs work.

Ok, help me out here, people - I need a word that conveys more than tsunami or landslide. They're both almost good words for what's coming, but still don't convey the utter crushing Trump/MAGA/Republicans are going to receive.

Just to reinforce the point, Senate Republicans have emphasised their misogynist credentials at the same time as the Fed acknowledging the economic situation and dealing Harris a pocket pair.

I'm sure there will be a couple of hold-out states, but any claims of election interference will be laughable in the face of such an overwhelming beating.

The electoral college might be overwhelming. All battleground states are withing few %, or even 1%. There over 90 electoral votes between them, so there is a room for a landslide. But in what direction ?
Overall popular vote will be close. That won't change in 2 months. Battleground states, which will decide, will be close. That won't change either.
So far it looks like a coin toss. Coin toss always ends up in a landslide. Doesn't mean its outcome is assured.

The Teamsters have announced they won't endorse either candidate, the first time in over 3 decades the group has not endorse a presidential candidate.

FiveThirtyEight has Harris with a 2/3 chance of winning, and that's with the polls (as far as I've been told) skewing Republican. My gut feeling tells me Harris will continue her slow climb, while Dump will get steadily more unhinged. I know nothing is assured, and that it's a far cry from 2020 when I seem to recall they gave Biden a 90% chance of winning, but I'm still confident Harris has got this.
