Sadly the creepiness factor is going to matter. I don't think Biden belongs in the assaulting women category. I think it's misunderstanding his motives (based on the fact there is not a lot of evidence to the contrary). But it's creepy. I'm sorry to say so, it feels unfair and I admit I don't want Biden to run because he's an old white guy and we (as in the Democrats) need a fresher candidate.

I don't want Sanders running either. I don't think Sanders or Biden have a sure-thing chance and we need a sure thing in 2020.

If you're aggressive enough it won't be a huge factor. Every time Trump brings it up you do a huge social media buy reminding everyone that a 13 year old accused Trump of rape, he perved on underage girls at Miss Teen USA and admits to sexually assaulting women. Maybe you could even run an ad reminding everyone about what he's said about his own daughters.
