Brilliant move to have sec Clinton taking responsibility on tv today. The president now stands up and and takes the responsibility. Very presidential.

I am looking at the ask price, which is different than the "last prediction price".

Of course, the ask price is always higher, so I think the number I should refer to is the "chance" or the prediction price.
