The Supremes have issued a one-sentence order upholding a ruling to allow early voting in Ohio over the last weekend before election day. Big win for Obama.

Meanwhile, in other SCOTUS news, we may finally see a huge eyesore removed from the California landscape. Now we can find out if the state has the political will to follow it through. (This happened Monday but I didn't catch it until now.)

I expect we will be hearing this decision shortly, and thought it ought to have its own thread. It may be that decision will be delayed until after the NYSE/NASDAQ close because this ruling could have MAJOR effect on trading stocks.
