    Birfer Soldier's Lawsuit Tossed Out

    From the Atlanta Journal-Constitution: He's not full-time army; he's a reservist that was unlucky enough to be called up for Afghanistan duty. I kinda wonder if this wasn't just a stunt to get kicked out of the Reserves so he wouldn't have to go.
