Split from recent tv show
"The commission"? They didn't look into any collapses. It was just myth making based on "evidence" derived from torture and a vivid fantasy sharpened by earlier projects.
Nows your chance, Truthers! Submit your works of evidentiary genius to the KSM defense team! Trial coming to a military tribunal in Gitmo.
What evidence will you send? Golden opportunity!
I have heard claims that enhanced interrogation techniques, particularly waterboarding (possibly of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed specifically) led either directly or indirectly to the finding and killing of Osama Bin Laden. However, most of these claims i hear are from conservative media figures and...

I believe this is best. A civilian court would give them the venue to push their case as martyrs and give their "cause" the attention they crave..
A group of journalists and students working at Georgetown University spent more than three years investigating the 2002 kidnapping and murder of Daniel Pearl to create a comprehensive report, which was published online in conjunction with the Center for Public Integrity.

Cliffnotes version:
1) Too much political opposition to trial
2) WH worried left won't approve of a military tribunal
3) Solution: Hold KSM indefinitely without trial
Problem with that...
I'm listening to a discussion of how and where to try KSM. It's on the radio and one of the speakers has just said that a NY court handed down an indictment
(presumably based on evidence) before we captured him.
Can someone point me to that indictment?
(I'm not defending KSM.)
KSM Conspiracy Charges Analyzed and Debunked
Don’t believe the charges until you’ve read the charge sheet
By Rolf Lindgren and Dr. Kevin Barrett
The charge sheet against KSM and his co-defendants lists alleged overt acts, numbered 1 to 169, which the government claims furthered the 9/11...
You have evidence that 9/11 was an inside job, right? That must mean that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind, has been set up. Are you going do anything about this horrible miscarriage of justice besides whine on the Internet? Surely, you cannot in good conscience sit idly by while...
There is quite a bit of information coming out of the military tribunals taking place now in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The first defendent in Osama bin Laden's driver, Salim Hamdan. If convicted, he is looking at life in prison. He has pleaded not guilty, unlike Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the...
What's the Truther obsession with UBL?Have these "investigators" never heard of Khalid Sheikh Sheikh Sheikh Muhammed?It's always "Osama planned this" and "Osama in a cave" and "9/11 Mastermind still free",Why never a mention of KSM?
Brian Ross, investigative reporter at ABC, has a post detailing the means
the CIA used to break the 9/11 mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, to get
him to spill his guts about the 9/11 and other plots. The method used was
waterboarding - strapping the prisoner to a board upside down and...
Well, here is a program that will just be another coincidence for you guys:
--> Only for Saudi Arbabia
--> from may 2001 to 2002
--> KSM used it to enter the US
--> The system was "blinking red"
So? No.... Just a lack of coordination between the agencies, of course. Don't be fools!
May 2001...

Bush Misspeaks; Mentions Explosives in Buildings; Deniers Go Nuts
President Bush, showing his usual flair for mangling the language, while discussing the need for vigorous interrogation methods:
Well, of course he meant that the planes themselves set off explosions high enough. BTW, I think...

Bush: Al Qaeda attack on West Coast thwarted
KSM first envisioned the plot that became the 9-11 attacks on a far grander scale - involving around two dozen aircraft. Some were to be detonated over the Pacific as well as crashing into prominent buildings on both coasts. OBL himself scaled down...
