David Blunkett, according to this article, thinks those who have been wrongfully imprisoned should be charged £3000 a year for the priveledge of being locked up. I mean, all that food and lodgings doesn't pay for itself, now, does it?

I completely support this person on this issue. The prison system
in America must be reformed considerably, and ultimately done
away with.
DO these places really exist? Where are they, and how do they decide which criminals are sent to them.
Is it some built in class distinction in our legal system. White collar criminals get their own special jail.
