Following on from the absinthe thread. Lots of people, including me, tend to attribute differing kinds of 'drunk' to differing kinds of alcohol. For instance, tequila seems to give me a silly 'speedy' drunk, but scotch gives me quite a 'mellow' drunk. Others say they can't drink scotch cos it...
