When we moved to Xenfora some of the signature options didn't come over. In the old software signatures were limited by a character limit, on Xenfora there are more options and there is a character number and number of lines limit. I've set maximum number of lines to 4 and unlimited characters.

Useful format?

Nine minute history of Japan. First time I've seen a history presentation like it.
Not counting accuracy etc, how useful is this format in education?

Some comments were like: good intro, students can dig deeper later.

It's a good format because you start learning from a position of feeling somewhat informed. Everyone likes to feel smart. Plus, short segments lend themselves to being used in longer lessons if that's required. I'm not sure what "not counting accuracy" means - the historical summaries need to be accurate.

ETA: Since it's easier than ever to dig deep, piquing curiosity is a great strategy.

Nothing kills a discussion faster than putting it in the education forum.
