Noticed my son watching a Captain Disillusion YouTube video the other day, and was pleasantly surprised.

Pleasantly surprised to see Captain Disillusion still going; and
Pleasantly surprised to see my son watching a skeptical channel under his own initiative;
Pleasantly surprised to see a skeptic from days of yore (wasn't he at a TAM?) with so many followers.

Kid Nay said, "Yep, he's one of the good guys".

You would think that CD, of all people, would know better than to record a video in portrait mode.
 
I don't watch CD very often, but I do like his work. There was talk some time ago about trying to get endorsements from sceptical YouTubers, presumably he'd be just the kind of person?

You haven't heard of YouTube shorts? Best viewed on a phone. Many people only use a phone to access the internet, so your comment would sound over privileged to them.
 
I thought this got bumped because of CD's new video (landscape mode), "Blur".


Maybe someone with elite image manipulation skills can tell us if he's got everything right. Kind mention to @JayUtah

Until people are born with one eye above the other, video should be recorded and presented in landscape format.
