Merged moon hoax not / debunking video

I claim Shepard did not "write" it as it contradicts everything written and said on the subject prior. I claim its author is an Apollo hoax conspirator.

Claim what you like. Hell we can even agree with you just so you shut up and say it contradicts other statements by astronauts. Here's the thing: your constant spamming and straw clutching doesn't prove they didn't walk on the moon.

Every single aspect of the historical record is quite clear that they did, and that they used stars to fix positions on the way to, on the surface of and back from, the moon. All the other evidence says they landed on the moon. No one has ever proved otherwise no matter how desperate their flailing arms gets. All you seem to have is some ghost writer's poetic licence versus your deliberate cherry picking of quotes by a dead astronaut. It's pathetic.

Apologies on bumping this thread. But I've recently picked up a book entitled "Live from the Moon: Film, Television & the Space Race", Michael Allen, IB Taurus Books (2009).

In this book on page 145-146 the author writes about the major networks simulating the Apollo 11 landing using the live audio and actors in a mockup LM, he then goes on to claim that this may have been the genesis of the Moon Hoax. (I personally think that goes back to 1968 and 2001:ASO.)

After Alan Bean's little faux pas with the TV camera, Apollo 12 pretty much used actors on a lunar set for the whole show, and thanks to the press releases and precise mission timings they were able to recreate eactly what the astronauts were up to at any given moment. If you look at the footage of the actors in the studio and compare it with actual broadcasts, it's baffling that anyone with any brain can claim it was faked on Earth.

I'm interested in the 2001:ASO views of Earth. I know they were back lit transparencies, but who did them, and on what were they based? Some of the shots look almost like Gemini stills, others look completely unrealistic.

According to a quick look in the article in Cinifex No. 85 (April 2001) on page 109 it mentions that the initial transparancy used was taken from a model (This is in a description of setting up the Moon-Earth-Sun shot that opens the film), because there were no full shots of the Earth from space available at the time they started working on the film. The various star backgrounds were painted by Douglas Trumbull.

Harry Lange remembers that planets in general were a challenge. (Previous paragraphs discussed the Jupiter sequences.) "We had so few real NASA images to go on. In particular, the Earth as seen from space worried us a great deal. I thought the Earth in 2001, which was a fine piece of artwork by the way, should have been more blue, but Stanley had all this scientific data about it's exact albedo, it's brightness relative to the absolute standard of the sun's brightness.

...

How could we have known how deep blue the Earth would really seem from the viewpoint of an Apollo moonwalker in 1969, a year after our movie was finished?"

Perhaps more to the point is the film was completed before Apollo 8 went round the moon.
