Looks like RT has put a hefty amount of spin on that leaked conversation.
Only if you are unable to perform such simple tasks as to differentiate between the words of RT and those of the foreign minister of Estonia.

Anxious days
"The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reported that due to civil unrest, 23 missionaries serving in the Ukraine Dnepropetrovsk Mission have been removed from the Crimean peninsula and transferred to other areas within the mission as a precautionary measure.... circumstances may delay new missionaries from entering Ukraine. The Kyiv Ukraine Temple remains open to patrons."

RT claims: "Urmas Paet said that snipers who shot at protesters and police in Kiev were hired by Maidan leaders."
He didn't actually say that.
Also, once again RT is showing the same video of protesters with an air gun as "snipers".
Any estimate for when the US will finally lose their superpower status? And do you think the world will be improved when they do?
The link is not to a CNN video. It links to a youtube video compiled and edited by a youtube user. Please provide the original source. In this CNN interview from 20.2. Mrs. Bogomolets says that she treated Berkut officers as well,
I'm quite sure that during the Maidan she has also treated berkut officers. But in the context of sniper victims the question is not whether she treated berkut officers in general but more specifically whether she treated berkuts with gunshot wounds. She says not as she had no access to them.directly contradicting what the Telegraph claims she says now
I think those who root for the US to lose it superpower status and be replaced as the world'd main power by China and Russia will be in for a real shock when it happens. That Russia and CHina are BOTH Authortarians countries with damn little respect for Human Rights seems to pass these clowns by.

I only demonstrated how RT put their spin on that article by putting words into Paet's mouth, and that it's actually you "unable to perform such simple tasks as to differentiate between the words of RT and those of the foreign minister of Estonia."btw, it's hilarious to see that your urge to spin is so strong that you even fail to mention the news the new RT article you linked to is about: Paet confirmed that the leaked phone conversation is authentic.
It's very simple: nowhere Urmas Paet said that "snipers who shot at protesters and police in Kiev were hired by Maidan leaders." Nowhere. It's just RT that said it. Their words.
Okay, now that you fixed the link.In this CNN interview from 20.2. Mrs. Bogomolets says that she treated Berkut officers as well, directly contradicting what the Telegraph claims she says now
n the audio, Paet is heard expressing concern to Ashton, the European Commission's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, that Ukraine's weak interim government could be discredited by enemies due to the leaders' failure to investigate various inconsistencies and some on-the-ground accounts that suggest some snipers shot both police and protesters in the late February violence in Kyiv's Maidan square.
He said there have been altered versions of the recording, aimed at discrediting the new Ukrainian government: “I ask journalists to be extremely cautious with that recording - (in the recording) I was talking about which versions of events were doing rounds in Ukraine.”
“I was not making judgements. I was only expressing concern that if the rumors take on a life of their own, it could harm the situation in Ukraine.”
Some media reports suggested that the officials themselves believed the snipers might have actually been commissioned in a conspiracy by the newly formed government coalition, a possibility that did not appear to be borne out by the recording.
RT, or Russia Today, a BBC-style news service run by the Kremlin and carried to more than 100 countries, said in its breaking news coverage today that “a leaked phone call reveals the same snipers were shooting at both police and protestors in Kiev.”
"The whole premise for the Federation Council's agreement to give its authorization for the use of force and the whole premise being put forth in the UN by Ambassador Churkin is that they have to intervene to save and protect ethnic Russians and Russian speakers, who they fear are in danger," she explains. "But they have based this whole premise on false contentions about attacks."
In his comments at the United Nations, Churkin also cited an alleged attack on the famous Monastery of the Caves in Kyiv that was widely reported in the Russian media. The monastery has said no such attack took place, and Fitzpatrick was "stunned" to hear Churkin citing the debunked report.
Russian media also widely reported that more than 650,000 Ukrainians have crossed out of southeastern Ukraine into Russia since the beginning of the year. However, the UN's High Commissioner on Refugees says it has seen no evidence of unusual migration on the border.

Other stories have a basis in fact, but are unjustifiably spun by Russian media accounts. For instance, on the night of February 27-28, unknown vandals defaced a synagogue in Simferopol.
Russian media blankly reported this as an anti-Semitic attack by the ultranationalist Right Sector group, although Right Sector denied it and the local Jewish community leader Oleksandr Hendin told RFE/RL: "I don't think it was Right Sector. I think someone did this using their logo in order to destabilize Crimea."
Ukraine's chief rabbi, Yakov Dov Bleich, said on March 4 that the main threat to Ukrainian Jews was "provocations" staged by Russia, saying its "the same way the Nazis did when they wanted to go into Austria and [they] created provocations."
Ukrainian journalist Oleh Shynkarenko, who has written about the efforts of Russia's "propaganda machine" for TheDailyBeast.com, tells RFE/RL that the campaign has two main purposes: "to provoke hatred toward Ukrainians to make Russia go to war with us" and to produce "justification for aggression," such as that presented to the UN by Churkin.
