Friday was postponed for a week due to weather conditions. The press weren't informed so we spent some time going over a few latest records with his name being called out. So no real progress there yet.

ASKE were very helpful. We discussed the original forwarded test, and that will be acceptable. I had little choice but to mention degrading diamonds, the spirits seem keen enough about it. My diamonds are internally smashed, so I'm hoping something comes of that also.

I contacted the press this morning and suggested setting up a preliminary test. I'm thinking of asking a local sceptic group to involve themselves with an evening of testing.

Had you looked at them under a microscope before the spirits "smashed them up inside?" Flawless diamonds that are anything but tiny are not something you would likely be able to afford.

flaccon: why do you think this is a suitable test when you've already tried it and it didn't work?

Flaccon, are you saying that the spirits might be able to 'internally smash' diamonds as part of a properly controlled test? Because I can't think of any way of proving that the rings which have already been broken were damaged by the spirits. For all anyone knows you or someone else could have pounded them with a hammer.

And I still can't understand why entities capable of exerting enough carefully directed force to smash diamonds are incapable of tapping out messages on a computer keyboard. This would rule out pareidolia and allow them to make their great revelation in their own unambiguous words.

I think the diamonds are internally smashed - meaning that from the outside they look exactly as they always did, but the "insides" are smashed up.

I think Flac thinks that a diamond is like an egg, with an outer shell. She seems to be claiming that the insides of her diamonds are scrambled. I think normal human eyes would not be able to see any difference between internally smashed diamonds and unsmashed diamonds. She knows they are smashed up internally because the spirits told her.

At least, this is what Ruffles tells me.
