I'm a pig... and I can't find it funny. I just think AK would be so fragile right now, that I would think reading a story like that would hurt her and her family.

But, I will repeat that the article I read (that was posted here) about Rudy getting a History Degree and that the article also included a quote from someone in the Kercher family saying that (paraphrasing) it sickened them that Rudy was out and about and Meredith was dead.
I don't think the Kerchers are happy about Rudy at all.

But what I'm really wondering is, considering both sides do it, why do you consistently align yourself with one side in your criticisms? That's not a criticism or complaint, just an observation. You don't have to justify why you do it, I was just wondering what the theory was behind your actions?

I don't think Amanda is as fragile as you think she is. On her blog she talks about the fact that she has developed a thick skin for all this nonsense. This is a girl who has been called a slut by the media for 6 years. She's gone through three trials and spent 4 years in prison. That some porn company wants her to do a porn flick is the least of her problems... It very well may be something she would get a chuckle out of.

I would like to ask Machiavelli a question, is it possible that judge Nencini will not write the motivation, as there is a clear precedent in the Scazzi case as confirmed by others here.
The reason I ask is that Nencini confirmed all convictions, but has introduced new ideas about timelines and motive. I can't see how this new motivation will mesh, and therefore it seems sensible to avoid the irreconcilable elements by doing the Scazzi delay thing. Note that case is also alleged to be a multi perp bizarre murder case, in which it may be impossible to write a coherent motivation.
Is it legal to overrun the 90 days?I mean, Raffaele in limbo in Italy, Amanda in limbo in America, and the threads go on and on. Would this work in a strange way?

Like every other rule or law in Italy. Nothing is written in stone apparently. In fact it seems like for every law there is an opposite and equal law...haha.

It took Micheli more than a year to write the motivation report (1000 plus pages long BTW) on Migninis last disaster of a case against 20 or more friends and family of Narducci the double body swap Mason from the Monster Of Florence debacle... after Mignini involved himself that is. BTW all defendants where found completely innocent at the end of that War and Peace size document. Last I heard Mignini is considering an appeal. I **** you not.

Desert Fox, we are smarter than that. We know that Dr. Mulls, Harry Rag, and others of that ilk spam comment sites with hostile comments to denigrate and falsely accuse the defendants. When I saw the one star reviews I understood how fake they are.

I will remind you, Desert Fox, that a publisher reportedly paid Amanda Knox close to $4 million for her first book. That is just the first book.

I personally am looking forward to the movie showing the PLE from the viewpoint of the falsely accused defendants. That could be a blockbuster movie if it is well done. If it is really successful 100 million educated people will have their eyes opened about this case and about Italy. They will realize that there is a dark side to the state. They will realize that inquisitions still survive in the Italian justice system.

Let me point out that someone has already made a pornographic movie about Knox and Sollecito. Mignini and Commodi commissioned it. Commodi signed the actual purchase order. I am of course referring to the animation that falsely depicts the defendants present and involved when Rudy killed Meredith. You know what that makes Mignini and Commodi? Pornographers.

Not me...I resent never being asked to star in porn. Oh wait...wrong thread.

Actually the octomom offer thing caused me to exclude porn from my computer and I don't even have any children at home...anymore. Wait still wrong thread.

How can we complain about PI when idiots like Dan Abrams of ABC reports baseless commentary with no bother about fact checking at all? And even after getting volumes of complaints, ABC sticks with the unverified conclusions Abrams presents in his article. It is like reading Vogt crossed with Nadope and presented by Massei and sworn to by Dershowitz.

I wrote to ABC and asked when they became a subsidiary of FOX. There is no journalism anymore. Everything seems trashy. And trust me I am no prude...I like trash just like the next guy...ahh person.

How is it possible for this case to remain a serious matter after all the shortcomings easily dredged up from inside its own records? How is it not ridiculed? How does it escape a serious investigative exam?

Major flaws like torture, failure to provide lawyers, no wait actually preventing lawyers from seeing defendants until the hearing date. What is that exactly? A thousand crazy suspicious prosecutorial or police irregularities and no one calls them out on even one thing.

Did the whole USA and all news agencies line up behind Mike Nifong? I don't think so. How is the bad smell of this case so easily ignored? How can no one report on this foul wind?

This is a revelation of national shame for Italy. Meanwhile BBC sponsors a lie they pretend will be a documentary. ABC allows the lead legal adviser and producer to write a fictional account of the case. And Seattle PI (of Vogt fame IIRC so...) publishes a porn offer.

Imagine if the evidence in this case was close. But more so consider what the evidence in this case is and look what is being done with it. How does that even happen?

Sure in the end...in years or decades perhaps things will get sorted out. But what excuse can cover what is happening now? 24/7 News? Incredibly shallow and short attention spans? The decline of civilization? LOL...seems like it some days. Sigh...

I rarely read reviews on anything. In fact for movies...I usually hate the movies the paid reviewers love while loving the movies they pan.

No. . . .I learned long ago you have to be careful to examine.
Often you can tell who never actually read the book.

I have the book from the library and while I have only skimmed it, I know many of the reviews do not mesh with what is in the book.

I'm surprised that the PGP haven't started to worry that she will be used to break Amanda out of custody as part of the grand Seattle conspiracy to protect her.

It's okay, Caper, I know you're not lecturing.

It's just that these offers are so commonplace. I would not doubt Playboy and Penthouse have already had their lawyers approach Amanda for a shoot. This one is funny because the idea that Amanda would appear in a porn film is completely absurd and because of the low dollar amount. It's like when Lorne Michaels offered the Beatles $3,000 to appear together on Saturday Night Live.

Amanda has probably received offers to endorse products or services, too, I would guess.

I looked at, for example, "Abominable Science!" and most one stars are from Crypto-Zoological fan base. People who don't like that their pet creature is not real.
