Does one imbue holy power on or in? These details are key! How can she choose RRI if you're going to be so vague and wishy washy. I was impressed by the new cross and bibble gear though, classy.I know a friendly priest who might bless the crosses if they need to have some holy power imbued upon them?
I did consider that very thing when offering to have holy power imbued on the crosses. I thought, 'would imbuing crosses put the power in them or on them?'Does one imbue holy power on or in? How about a game of flash cards? seems less complicated? If the spirits allow me to show you an image, and you guess what it is? I'll start with my fave. Actually it's a tiny part of a bigger picture, but lets start with easier images. You up for that?
You don't have to put up any money. It's not a bet. I'll just pay it out.
A pass would be the name and credentials of a member of the mainstream press (any print newspaper with a circulation over 100,000 or any TV broadcast news with ratings of 400,000 viewers). Online media doesn't count, nor does cable access. That person must confirm to me that he/she has interviewed your family with the intention of running a story on the voice of your father being heard by paranormal means. The story MUST NOT include the views of skeptics who refute your claims.
You have 70 hours from right now.

"A bolt of lightening striking.. a brazillian statue"
Why? You afraid of losing? If you will allow me to salvage the initial offer? (the offer I can afford to match in due time) we'd really appreciate it. Thanks
Ok thank you for the full details. I'm afraid I'll have to pass, but will explain your kind offering to the press. If you will allow me to salvage the initial offer? (the offer I can afford to match in due time) we'd really appreciate it. Thanks
Flaccon, it takes a great deal of force to "internally smash" a real diamond (will your investigators be examining this broken jewellery, by the way?)If the spirits are able to generate enough energy to do this, why are they so feeble when it comes to communicating with anyone other than yourself and a couple of true believers? Why can't they use a computer keyboard to send unambiguous messages?
I'd also like to know if these investigators are aware of your conviction that a radio ad for a vintage record shop was a demonic message addressed to you. This alone should have made any impartial investigator run for the hills.

I decided it would be better to imbue the holy power on them so that flaccon can actually see the imbuity on the surface, rather than having to open them up to see it inside them. That's only fair as I don't want her to think we haven't really had holy power put on the crosses and this way she'll be able to see the holy power right on the surface of the crosses.
We are a professional group you know.
Uh, sorry if this has been covered as I haven't read to the end of the resurrected portion of the thread....
Do you recall the phrase, "We don't do card tricks" in your recent past?
ETA: Ah, I see Donn got to it.
Ah, well! So, how ya doin' Tracy. You and Scoobie all set for the big investigation. You do realize, of course, that just saying "Paranormal Investigators" doesn't give them any credence. Most of us have wasted hours watching these maroons' tee-vee shows and their "research" is a bit pathetic. Unless these people are related somehow to the "Chief Reporter" (is that a title in England or does it just sound cool, like something Perry White would've given to Lois or Clark?) and that he/she is with something that resembles a news organization. I'll even accept Sky or The Daily Mail. But please not Essex Gardener's Weekly or the Mancunian Bridge Club Monthly.
And, surprisingly, all of grandpa's oil money remains safe.
Why? You afraid of losing?
The obvious reference is the famous statue overlooking Rio which is regularly struck by lightning, though it made the news as it was slightly damaged by lightning recently. Of course it would be more impressive if your message could be authenticated to be date-stamped on a day before it happened.
I called the press earlier to ask how many readers they have and it's not 100,000 readers so I can't actually accept the offer.
Impressive.. I'm really not here to impress, I wish it wasn't true. Yes it can be authenticated, I received the recording through yahoo mail on the 16th Jan 2014.

You telling us this is not authentication.
And why do you think it relevant, when the statue is regularly hit? It is not so often damaged, but that's not what your message says.
