The trouble is that although I could get a family member who is in touch with Chris French, Richard Wiseman and other anomalistic researchers to put together a team to investigate- the outcome, in the end, wouldn't be any different to what we have seen already on this thread.
Ethically they would need to assess Flaccon's mental state before they could set up trials. After the trials I don't believe that she is in a place that will accept any result other than 'the spooks do it'. Tests would be conducted, it would be proved nothing changed (this is based on attempts here to come up with simple test where the spooks have said they refuse to join in, or noise files are demonstrated not to change) but Flaccon would simply go somewhere else to get the confirmation she needs.
I think it is too important to Flaccon that she is the centre of this paranormal hub to allow discrepancies between what others prove and her own feelings. It's all a bit sad really.
