On Sept. 18, 2013, a “citizens grand jury” in Ocala, Fla., found President Barack Obama guilty of “defraud[ing] … the American people into electing an illegal person for the Office of President of the United States.”

In a verdict signed by local tea party activist and “Citizens’ Grand Jury Judge” Randal C. Fritz, the jury sentenced the president to 10 years imprisonment and demanded that he “forthwith surrender himself into the custody of the American people and the people of Florida.”

That didn’t happen. So on Oct. 13, self-declared “Citizens’ Prosecutor” Larry Klayman, who convened the so-called grand jury, appeared on the steps of Washington, D.C.’s World War II Memorial and called on a cheering crowd to “wage a second American nonviolent revolution, to use civil disobedience, and to demand that this president leave town … to put the Koran down and … come out with his hands up.” The date he set for Obama’s “last chance” was Nov. 19.

To accomplish that lofty goal, Klayman formed the “Reclaim America Now Coalition.” Its members include Jihad Watch, an anti-Muslim hate group whose director, Robert Spencer, believes that Islam is an inherently violent religion and that multiculturalism is an anti-Christian conspiracy to destroy the West; You Can Run But You Cannot Hide International, an anti-gay “ministry” and hate group whose leader, Bradlee Dean, has argued that it is moral to execute LGBT people; Ride for the Constitution, a coterie of truckers who made news in October with plans to jam Washington, D.C., roads until their demands, which included the president’s impeachment, were met; Gun Owners of America, a pro-militia group that has been described as “eight lanes to the right of the NRA”; and a raft of other extremist organizations united by their loathing of America’s 44th president.

Tea Party Protestors Demand Obama Impeachment Outside White House

Less than 100 Tea Party-affiliated protesters gathered in Lafayette Square on Tuesday to call for Obama’s impeachment, just steps from the White House where President Obama was meeting with members of the Senate Foreign Relations committee. “We have been disserved by the so-called leaders of our country for generations,” said Larry Klayman, the chairman of Freedom Watch and leader of the Reclaim America Now Coalition. ““We are giving [Obama] one last chance to obey the will of the American people.”

The Reclaim America Now is a coalition of about 30 conservative groups, including Gun Owners of America, Accuracy in Media and Tea Party Patriots, who stand behind the idea that President Obama and many of our elected leaders are tyrannical and do not govern with their best interests at heart. Outraged over Benghazi, the allegations that the IRS targeted conservative groups, the NSA, and especially Obamacare, ralliers agreed: Obama must go. ”I know a scoundrel when I see one,” said former US congressman Bob Barr, who helped lead the impeachment effort against Bill Clinton in 1998. “We have a scoundrel living in that house right here and we need to get him out.”

Barr, who will run for Congress in Georgia in 2014, also read a revised version of his 1997 inquiry of impeachment with President Obama’s infractions replacing former President Clinton’s.

Now Obama has another 10 days to comply with the demand or they will have "no choice but to attempt to force him out of office":
Klayman described the rally as the first day of the second American Revolution. At the event, a George Washington impersonator presented the grievances of the coalition in the form of a repurposed Declaration of Independence. The demands included seeing President Obama’s birth certificate, not George Washington said, the “photocopied version,” repealing the Affordable Care Act, and allowing witnesses from Benghazi to give their accounts. Klayman said that if President Obama does not adhere to their demands by Black Friday, Nov. 29, the day that traditionally marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping season, the protestors would have no choice but to attempt to force him out of office.

eta: Incidentally, I recall Accuracy in Media being cited on this board in the past as a valid source of information. Unfortunately, the name of the organization does not lend itself to a good results in the forum's search function. The only one I found was BAC from a couple of years ago. I'd like to rub this in his face, but I suspect he would see the above as completely reasonable and legit.

Larry Klayman, second-worst lawyer in the universe and general creep, also wants to elect a 'Shadow government' to represent the true will of 'We the people'. No guesses as to who's going to be shadow president.

Well, to my way of seeing things, Obama received over 50% of the vote in two separate elections, so it seems clear to me that the will of the people is that he preside over our government until the end of his term.

Therefore, I believe that Obama has every intention of obeying the will of the American people.

I was expecting to read, ". . .or they will have no choice but to give him another 10 day ultimatum."
