What fascinates me about Cluesforum, is that there is never an end/if for anything they say. An event happens, they intimate that it is faked, the cheer squad come in, and add yes, this is crap, it never happened, (there can only ever be a cheer squad - they refuse membership to anybody who does not agree with them), and then it all goes away until the next "faked" event.
The previous threads and events are dropped into the forgotten world of dead internet posts, because hey, there is an Earthquake in Pakistan that did not happen. IT'S THE NEXT BIG FAKED THING.
So it goes.
Apparently nothing ever happens in the real world (true enough if you are living in Mom's basement and relying on Pizza deliveries to live). But when it does, it is faked, for reasons such as...well, who knows, the members there certainly don't. or won't explain why something was faked, or what the end/if is..., they never bother explaining, except that it is leading a completely undefined somewhere.
They do not know how to join dots and do not even try. They take singular events call them fake without even attempting to put them into a wider tapestry of the CS world, by trying to invent links between the events or suggesting that they lead to some wider purpose..
Every "fake" event leads to a complete cul-de-sac because unlike some CTist's, these people do not even have the brain power to try to link these events to the so-called big picture. They just call it a fake without even understanding why they do this.
(Except for Vietnam - for some reason they seem to accept that there was a War in Vietnam)
