As someone who makes his living playing an instrument, and who has numerous friends who make theirs by drawing, dancing and singing, I object to this attempt to put flaccon in the same category. Want to know one thing that people with actual artistic abilities ("gifts" is a misnomer) all have in common? We can demonstrate those abilities on demand, with no fuss or ambiguity. If I wanted to provide evidence of it, I would point my phone at my piano, hit Record on the video camera, sit down, play a tune, and send the file to wherever it needed to be. I'm reasonably sure this would not require 100+ pages of confusion, drama and stupidity.

No. It is uploaded to a mail server and then you download the email from that server.

To claim that uploaded files are distorted by the process and email files are not is beyond absurd.

Ain't gonna work. I tried to explain it to her back here on pg. 103, with helpful reference links n evahthang, and she either chose to ignore the facts or didn't bother to read the post at all.

She's clinging to her delusion with both claws now. If the spirits don't show up it's because we recorded it wrong, or used the wrong program, or uploaded it wrong, or don't have the right computer, and if all that fails, well, we never sent her any recording in the first place.

Exactly - she'll use special pleading and goalpost shifting. I repeat, flaccon will not choose to be tested. She has proven that ghosts are not real. She came here wanting an echo chamber and fellow woos to validate her "special gift." When we asked her to actually back up her claims, she had a hissy fit and left a 109 page monument to one of her tantrums.

Don't waste time - I'm only here for the lulz. Maybe I am sadistic and cruel and get a kick out of watching this pantomime. After all I do watch Seconds from Disaster and Air Crash Investigation, so I suppose other train wrecks aren't totally out of the question either :duck:

I wonder why a topic ever goes on so long. I read the first page or two, went to flaccon's link and found it says the site is under construction. The comments of others led me to believe it had some kind of viewable materials at one point in the past.

If no artistic renderings have ever been provided, more is the shame if there is not even that rung upon which to begin one's climb to the Million.

Less and less of her site is accessible via google. However for the page in questions, Spirits-in-the-Blood.html appended to the site name takes you right to it.

If I take anything away from this thread, it's a better knowlege of the workings of the Internet, thanks to the posts of so many people who've tried and tried again to explain to flaccon how it works.

Yup. You have been instructed what to hear, and you hear it.

Put up. Post a recording of clear sentences spoken by your spirits. You will not do so because you know you cannot, since you do not possess such.

ETA: How is that PM of an email addy coming along? You know the one flaccon claimed was absent. No sign of it? Surprise.
