New TWA Flight 800 film coming out

The case has been settled anders the issue is your flight from reality and lack of comprehension of hard factual reality.

We don't know that yet, since the NTSB still are examining the Petition.

Good luck with your mushy emotionality masquerading as rationality. I'm done here.

That's illogical arguments that are detached from the demand of objective evidence. Demanding objective evidence, or at least claims that are substantiated in some objective way, is not the same as calling someone a liar.
He has no duty to provide the existence of friends and family to you.

Where is your objective evidence of your claims of the victims being faked?

I don't expect an answer. This is all I will say for now.

Anders, maybe one day you'll stop using silly, offensive, illogical, fallacious, and cargo-cult science based arguments to support your (as well as others you decide to hook onto) nonsense claims. I for one do not hold out much hope that it will ever happen though.

I suspect you must amuse yourself to no end, but that's strictly speculation, of course ;)

Two things I keep seeing on the 'missile vs TWA 800' websites is (1) the quote from the Suffolk County medical examiner who said "virtually all" the bodies had "shrapnel" in them and (2) the FBI stole every piece of the aircraft that had evidence of high velocity fragment penetration.

The one thing these websites don't do is reflect on the obvious connection between those two claims. If "virtually all" the bodies had "shrapnel" in them caused by a detonating missile then practically every square meter of the aircraft skin would have been penetrated by a high velocity fragment and if the FBI stole every piece of aircraft that showed evidence of high velocity penetration then there wouldn't be hardly any aircraft left for the NTSB to reconstruct.

The thing that always gets me about the TWA800 = 'missile attack' claims is reflected in this quote (Relating to the Asiana 777 crash at SFO.)

...but as always, one must be very wary of anything an eyewitness says since they are notoriously unreliable.

Yet the CTS go to incredible lengths, as witnessed in the latest film to make their claim fit the eyewitness evidence, which is why we now have three missiles fired at the plane (From what I suspect are widely dispursed locations.) rather than one.

Slightly off-topic but Tappatalk has rendered Anders totally invisible to me. Totally awesome, and no doubt a reason for him to resurrect his silly Google/Wifi thread. Yay for me!

The one statement directly contradicts the other, how could the bodies have shrapnel in them if the FBI stole every piece of high velocity fragments?

In CT circles, I'm sure that the contradiction is just a minor, irrelevant detail.

FBI agents were present at the autopsies and did collect the so-called shrapnel that was removed from the bodies, as one would expect them to be doing as evidence collection is a big part of their job. The CTs allege the FBI stole aircraft parts that showed evidence of high velocity fragment penetration.

Well, it finally aired. This was by far the best of the three pro-missile films I've seen. Far more informative than I expected - the first part was as hard-driving as anything on "60 minutes." Several new issues were brought up I was unaware of: the "splatter pattern" on the right wing leading edge; Hank Hughes' statement that if he had written the final report he would have stated there was an external explosion; the 27 pages deleted from the final report; the "unprecedented" lack of an "accident analysis" section in the report ; participation by the NTSB in the FBI's illegal mis-tagging of wreckage; the alleged super-accuracy of the explosives-detection machines. Add to this the "smoking gun" Mach 4 radar returns, no doubt it will be case closed for many viewers.

I wasn't one of them though. There are still the discrepancies in the altitude of the explosions and the timing of the streaks that went unaddressed. Fred Meyer appears trying to argue he was misrepresented by the NTSB. But the interrogation by the interviewers of many others, such as Mr. Birky, was spared him: no wonder - his testimony cannot squeeze out more than about 15 seconds for the entire accident. While Mr. Tobin declined to be interviewed, his lengthy testimony explaining the FBI's motives could have been quoted. It wasn't. Especially the part about Mr. Kallstrom about to declare F800 a bomb. Strictly off limits in this film. Like Bill Donaldson, the film proposes no less than THREE missile strikes, all of them "close proximity" blasts. This does little to enhance the film's credibility. The producers don't seem bothered in the least by proposing the successful cover-up of multiple missile attacks. Of the many dozens of streak witnesses, only two people are quoted as seeing more than one ascending streak. If witnesses had reported other angles of streaks, would the film just add more and more missiles to the mix? This is the point in the film where it moved from serious inquiry to the twilight zone, as far as I'm concerned.

Finally, any re-opening of the investigation would seem futile based on a cover-up being so prominent. NTSB re-opens investigation only to conclude they acted illegally, thus destroying their hard-earned credibility? Not in my lifetime.

If the evidence was there it would be the FBI that would be doing the investigation.

The NTSB would have nothing to do with it. You picked the wrong agency to blame for your "cover-up".

Oops. A miscommunication seems to have occurred. "Cover-up being so prominent" should have been followed by the words "in the film." That said, the NTSB would re-open the investigation, not the FBI, as the evidence of an external event - if there is such evidence - may or may not involve criminality, and it would have to first be re-opened by the NTSB to make such a determination. At least that is how I understand it.
