There has been significant evidence posted right on this forum backed up with official US government reports from the investigations of 9/11 that conclusively show that:

The CIA knew on August 22, 2001 that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US, and knew that these al Qaeda terrorists were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda terrorist attack that was going to murder thousands of Americans. The CIA also knew that both Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing.

The CIA gave this information to agents and managers at FBI HQ on August 22, 2001, that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US and who by this time also knew that these al Qaeda terrorists were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda terrorists attack that was going to murder thousands of Americans. By this time FBI HQ also knew that both Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing.

Yet agents at FBI HQ proceeded to shut down all investigations of al Qaeda terrorists known to be inside of the US. One of the most important was the FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi by FBI Agent Steve Bongardt. FBI HQ agent Dina Corsi told Bongardt on August 28, 2001, after he was accidentally given her EC to start an intelligence investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi that he could not start any investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi because her EC had a NSA cable in it that was prohibited by law from going to FBI criminal investigators. It turns out this was only true if the information had been obtained by using a FISA warrant, and the NSA information in her cable had no connection to any FISA warrant. In addition Corsi had been given written approval to provide this information to Bongardt and his team by the NSA on August 27, 2001. On August 29, 2001 in response to Bongardt's request to get a legal ruling from the FBI NSLU attorneys on whether he could take part in an investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi and find them before they had time to carry out some horrific al Qaeda attack inside of the US, Corsi told Bongardt that the attorney she had contacted, (Sherri Sabol), had told her that Bongardt and his team could take part in no investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi. But page 538, footnote 81 of the 9/11 Commission Report, says the attorney Sherry Sabol told DOJ IG investigators on November 7, 2001 that since the NSA information had no connection to any FISA warrant, she had told Corsi that Bongardt could take part in any investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi.

These lies by Corsi and her boss Rod Middleton cost 3000 people their lives in 9/11 and has never been explained. In fact all of the official investigations of 9/11 have covered this information over. It was only by aggregating all of these reports that it was possible to put this account back together again, it was all there, just scattered over thousands of pages over hundreds of official US government documents.

Corsi and her boss Rod Middleton had been under the supervision of FBI ITOS Deputy Chief Tom Wilshire. The CIA had moved Wilshire over the FBI HQ in mid-May 2001 to spy on the FBI Cole bombing investigators when the CIA thought that these investigators had found out the information that the CIA was trying to keep secret, that Mihdhar and Hazmi had been at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting in January 2000 with Walid bin Attash actually planning the Cole bombing. In July, when Wilshire thought that the people at Kuala Lumpur, Khalid al-Mihdhar, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Salem al-Hazmi, were connected to the warnings the CIA was getting about a huge al Qaeda terrorist attack about to take place inside of the US, and he wanted to give this information to the FBI, he was ordered by CIA managers, Richard Blee, Cofer Black and ultimately George Tenet to make sure that this information on Mihdhar and Hazmi never got to the FBI Cole bombing investigators, essentially to sabotage their investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. When these same managers then were told that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US and they knew that is huge al Qaeda terrorist attack was just about to take place, they clearly knew their orders to sabotage any FBI criminal investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi was going to block the one investigation that could have stopped this huge al Qaeda terrorist attack before it took place.

They clearly knew as did the FBI HQ managers, Middleton, Wilshire, and FBI HQ Agent Corsi that their efforts to block Bongardt's criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi was going to allow the al Qaeda terrorists to murder thousands of Americans.

I have already been presented on this web site all of the official US government documents that prove all of this, and have even included where they are located on official US government webs sites.

I think the FBI knew AQ terrorists were in the US and picked up on Atta when he was in Germany. They let Atta enter the country to see what he was planning. At this time I also believe the upper level of the FBI and CIA allowed Mossad to monitor the terrorists and to report back what they found. The problem is the Mossad discovered the plot but failed to properly inform the US authorities.

No one knew of the attacks. You can't prevent stuff you don't know is going to happen. You make up the conclusion, you called this thread a fraud, failed to talk about the poll, and now SPAM crap you posts years ago, over, and over and over.

With your kinds of thinking there will be no crime any more, no more murder because he know it is coming. The only way to stop 911 is to fight back when someone tries to take the cockpit. Most people have no clue a person with no training could do the flying on 911, a reason why 4 pilots training did not raise a red flag, the world comes to the USA and other countries which have private flying instruction. Until I wrote a book I did not have the information I needed to go to even contact the newspapers. Other forums include demcraticunderground, blogs on Raw Story, Mother Goose, Men's Journal, the article on Cofer Black, the Daily Beast, and calls to CSPAN, Washington Journal. The last call was just recently to CSPAN, last week, exposing Robert Mueller’s lies about 9/11. He stated to congress in testimony on June 13, 2013, that had the NSA spying program been in place before 9/11 the FBI would have connected Mihdhar to the number in Yemen and stopped the attacks on 9/11. But I told New York Congressmen Crowley that the CIA had connected both Mihdhar and Hazmi to this number, had photographed both Mihdhar, Hazmi, bin Attash and even Khalid Sheikh Mohammed at the Kula Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting indicated by a call on this Yemen number. Then I asked Crowley why he and congress deliberately allowed Mueller to blatantly lie to congress and the Americans people. His answer was they needed to investigate what the FBI did with this information on Mihdhar and Hazmi, basically just putting me off with even my lies and obfuscation. The CIA had even informed the FBI that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US on August 22, 2001, based on the information that came from that number. But the people at the FBI who were given the information that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US were already acting under orders from the CIA to make sure that the information from Kuala Lumpur, that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing with Walid bin Attash, was never given to the FBI criminal investigators in the Cole bombing.

Both the CIA and FBI HQ knew as long as this very information was kept secret from these Cole bombing investigators, they would never have the information they needed to start any investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi. Both the CIA and FBI HQ knew without the information that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing, these investigators would never have the proof they needed to start a criminal investigation for these al Qaeda terrorists since in order to start any criminal investigation you needed proof and evidence of a crime.

But even more horrific is that both then CIA and FBI HQ knew that by shutting down Steve Bongardt’s criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi that thousands of Americans were shortly going to be murdered by the huge al Qaeda terrorist attack just about to take place inside of the US.

The CIA even knew that this attack was directed by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, they had been given this information on June 12, 2001 as described in the 9/11 Commission report, and that he was recruiting many al Qaeda terrorists to link up with other al Qaeda terrorists already inside of the US, specially Khalid al-Mihdhar, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Salem al-Hazmi, and this attack would involve hijacking multiple aircraft and flying these into the World Trade Center towers, the Pentagon and the US Capitol building. Both the CIA and FBI had been given Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s Bojinka plot that had this exact plan in it. So by keeping the Kuala Lumpur information secret the CIA even knew specially that several thousand people who worked at the World Trade Center Towers were going to be murdered in this attack.

Your assertions of what the intelligence community knew and when they knew it don't lead me to believe that intelligence had any reason to believe that the hijackings were going to take place on 9/11. Nor that intelligence should have realized that hijacked airliners were going to be used as anti-personell / anti-material weapons. Using airliners as AP/AM was the key piece of intelligence that the terrorist organization was able to keep obscured and was the reason the plot was successful.

Most people have no clue a person with no training could do the flying on 911, a reason why 4 pilots training did not raise a red flag, the world comes to the USA and other countries which have private flying instruction. On July 10, 2001 CIA Director George Tenet called Condoleezza Rice while driving to the White House to urge her to hold an extremely urgent meeting with him, his Chief of the CIA CTC section, Cofer Black, and his Chief of the CIA bin Laden and Rendition unit, Richard Blee. At that meeting Blee described a huge terrorist attack just about to take place inside of the US that would cause mass US casualties, i.e. kill thousands of Americans. But what is even more horrific is that the CIA senior managers had already been told on July 5, 2001, by FBI high level manager Tom Wilshire, that the people at Kuala Lumpur, Khalid al-Midhar, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Salem al-Hazmi were all connected to the warnings of this huge al Qaeda terrorist attack that the CIA and FBI HQs had been getting warning about since April 2001.

The CIA had the exact plan from Khalid Sheikh Mohammed that took place on 9/11 and even knew that Mohammed was actually directing this attack. The evidence from the DOJ IG report combined with the defense exhibits from the Moussaoui trial prove that the CIA had way more that the information then they needed to have figured this out and that the FBI HQ had enough information even if they had not figured out the exact plot to find Mihdhar and Hazmi before they had time to carry out a massive al Qaeda terrorist attack inside of the US. No one to this day has ever explained why FBI HQ allowed the CIA to shut down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi when the CIA and FBI HQ knew a huge al Qaeda terrorist attack was in the works that would murder thousands of Americans and even knew that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were going to take part in this attack.

Please hilight the part of this which indicates an outcome that might be considered justice.

There will never be any justice for the victims or that were murdered on 9/11 or their families. The CIA and FBI HQ have basically gotten away with murdering thousands of Americans and these crimes were covered over by the Joint Inquiry Committee, and the 9/11 Commission. The DOJ IG report along with the defense exhibits has much of the information that details the crimes that had allowed the al Qaeda terrorists to carry out the attacks on 9/11. Right now there is no incentive to go back and prosecute the criminals in the US government who had allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place. The people that were murdered and their famines no longer have any advocacy group asking for justice.

They are now considered by the US government and even main stream media as just people who should be given no further consideration. Even the 9/11 Commission gave them no consideration when it is now clear the investigation by the 9/11 Commission had been sabotaged by the very people that the Bush administration and his congressional allies had appointed to lead this investigation, to insure that this investigation was sabotaged. The 9/11 Commission investigation was put together to cover up the crimes that had allowed the al Qaeda attacks on 9/11 to take place not to expose these crimes and to prove to the American people that the CIA and FBI HQ had not deliberately allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place when the evidence that is now found in many governed investigations proves just the opposite.

Now that the 9/11 Commission has rendered its bogus report, regardless of how flawed and corrupt this report is, it is not possible to see how any new investigation will ever be allowed to take place. The CIA and FBI HQ have gotten way with the perfect murder, well the perfect 3000 murders.
