When you press "Submit Reply" and the site presents a page asking you to log in again, do so immediately from that same page, and your post will be submitted, it's not lost at such time.

There's nothing even remotely resembling a human voice in that.

There are a few thumps that are probably some kind of mic noise, and then the watery sound.

It doesn't have any ambient background noise, just hiss, and the thumps.

I played around with the sound for a while, tried cleaning it up. But there's just nothing interesting about it.

Whatever that sound was, it may have begun life as noise that got put through some kind of resonant filtering, but there's nothing left of it.

I could analyze the frequencies, but that would be a waste of time, and there's just nothing there, really.

I enjoy showing off my area of expertise, but -- to loosely quote Raising Arizona -- this sound is a barren place where my chops can find no purchase.

What it isn't: anyone talking, any sound from the real world, etc. It's just some kind of artifact. Could be anything.

Calebprime, can I please ask is your recording on mute? If not could you possibly please send it to my email address? A quiet recording with normal volume on, is what I require.

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean the 12 seconds of silence I generated, or these, which are just variations of each other:

If you mean the silent file I generated, it can't be boosted, it's silent. 0's. 12 seconds of nothing. You can download to your computer by clicking on the link, then when Box displays the file, click on "download". I don't need to send it to you, because it will already be downloaded to your computer.

If you mean the 3 files by Daylightstar, I've listened and found no voice, just a little watery sort of resonant-filtered sound, very quiet, very lo-fi.

It would continue to interest me to hear you make a normal, everyday sample recording which you upload somewhere like Box.net, and to which you provide a link.

It could be of you saying "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." or anything.

Just as a test file.

Thank u, that does happen and the post is not lost, occasionally it requests that I refresh the page then log in, and the post disappears.
 
What again did you want to do with a silent quiet recording from someone else, flaccon?

Ok, but I am going by what other people have told me, and Alderbank did confirm it. So whatever you hear, is likely not what I and others hear.

You did not understand what Alderbank told you. You were explained this, but you make it appear you do not understand that either.

We hear the same thing, but your brain responds differently.

Ok thank u for the time Calebprime, I am just looking for the same route as the other 3 files came to me, quiet record with normal volume, direct to my email address. If no one can do this then there is nothing I can actually prove here.

You've been explained that emailing or uploading does not make a difference. Why you do keep ignoring that?
