It would be nice to know the identities of the other donors, but it does not change the fact that there are other donors. That is the elephant in the room for the prosecution.

Agree, you seem to know a fair bit about DNA, just a question, any idea what the odds might be between having one contaminated sample and four on the same piece, is it common or would the odds be a factor of four?

Plus, he didn't know where Amanda or Raff lived, so even when he realized there had been a murder, why would he associate Amanda and Raff with that. It's also not like he was an artist and was painting a picture of the park with them in it at that time, he was doing what he normally does each night there, sitting on a bench, reading a paper and casually looking around him like anyone else would have done.

Why didn't he come forward after they were arrested? Why not come forward a week after the murder?

I'll trust the experts on this I believe, not internet junkies that think they have mastered Google search and have all the answers. You may think you have all the evidence, but you don't, and even worse some of what you have isn't correct either. I'm sorry if this hurts your pride in any way, I know what you aspire to be and how good it feels when other PIP's pat you on the back and say 'good job', but that's not how it works in the real world thank goodness.

Strange, you say you'll trust the experts, but in your previous posts you were trusting the judges over the experts (C&V report and pretty much all independent experts in the World who looked into the case). I mean, people LOLed in the court when they showed the video of the scientific police working. What else do you need? The Perugian law enforcement is just a joke and they are just clowns to the rest of the world. It would be funny if they were not destroying the lives of innocent people.

No, you prefer to trust the word of some judges in one of the most corrupt judicial systems in Europe. Italy is infamous by the ammount of human rights violations. It is the crap these judges blurt out of their mouths that should be looked with suspicion. It's just ridiculous that people would take them, and an heroin junky, seriously.

No one said their clothes needed to be covered in blood , they unlike Guede they didn't kneel by the victim and get their pants soiled. They put their jackets on cleaned up at Sollecito's and returned. The innocent white skirt was put on for the reveal . The clothes left on the bed like the shower were part of the staging. Now I suppose you will call Capezzeli a 'crazy 60 year old' because she didn't know the exact time she heard the scream and used the loo. Say what you like but you can't alter the terrain of the valley that would carry sound reaching up to her window. You cannot dispute that Curatolo hung out in the empty square, and would remember a couple not as suspicious just somewhat memorable. A memory that turned out to be important.

It is the experts job to convince the Judge and jury who have the final say, would you not say?

That's odd. I could have sworn you had joined the ranks of the internet junkies yourself with your own barmy footprint theory that no one else, anywhere, has ever dreamed up but which you decline to back up when asked. Is that how it works in the real world?

Massei page 71-72:
He went to sleep and he came back to Piazza Grimana on the same bench the following day, towards 13:30 or 14:00 some Carabinieri came and asked him about whether he heard saw anything strange and so, as he stood to look down the road he noticed [71] it was full of police: ‚people dressed in white, police, Carabinieri, a
hubbub of people down there, they were by the entrance of a house, standing there‛. It was the house where the murder had been committed. There was an ambulance, too.

That it was the evening of November 1 the one when Curatolo, as stated by himself, saw the current defendants near the basketball court at Piazza Grimana, does not show to be doubtable: this specification was anchored by Curatolo, as we have seen, to the presence of policemen, people dressed in white, an ambulance, of many people whom he noticed the day immediately following at the house where the murder had been committed.

So, does anyone have any photographs of those men in white standing around an ambulance outside the gate to the cottage? The place was swarming with news cameras, how could they miss this?

Clearly those other DNAs prove that someone other than Raf was Rudi's accomplice.

Dan O., I seem to recall that you looked into whether or not there was internet access at the women's flat. Do you recall anything about this?

So they not only committed the murder and there was a scream that Toto did not hear from what it sounds like around 11:30PM. Then they went to Raffaele's and changed clothes and returned to the basketball court at roughly 11:30PM?

I'd like to see what prove do you have for the highlighted parts.
