Continuation Part 5: Discussion of the Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito case

I just want to know where he got that from. I've never heard anyone claim that before, and once upon a time I was even stupid enough to read PMF - both versions. Surreal, man.

Rolfe.

Do you know what "petitio principii" is? "Affirming the consequent"?

I don't care who saw them when, the post mortem evidence shows Meredith was dead by 9.30. Guede, the one person in a position to know, also said that.

Deal with it.

Rolfe.

rudy also said those two were the killers. so he lies about one thing but honest about others and you know when he is lying and when he isn't?

Doesn't matter whether he said it or not. The medical evidence shows she was dead by 9.30. It would still prove she was dead by 9.30 even if Rudy said she was still alive at midnight. I was merely pointing out that the person who knew, also said she died about 9.20.

What did he say about the involvement of Knox and Sollecito the first time he described the murder, by the way?

Rolfe.

you don't want moderating you want partisanship.

I want citations. You said Knox "never retracted her accusation and she even scoffed and laughed at his lawyer's accusation that he apologize to him and said "Who, me?" "

I want a source for that. And it better be good and solid.

Rolfe.

Wrong. There was not "a lot of the victim's blood in the house." The horrific scene was confined to the bedroom, which was behind a locked door. There goes the plausible answer. No one suspected murder until the door was kicked in, because of the lack of obvious sign of murder (eg. blood) in the rest of the cottage.

And given that Knox herself was not in the murder room at all, how does her footprint get into blood?

um, b/c she was in the murder room? that's why her lamp is there, that's why her "boyfriend"'s DNA is on the victim's bra clasp.

just google it, you will at least get some hits for it at true justice. probably wasn't reported elsewhere b/c the media acts like Doug preston's stenographers on the Knox case, no independent verification of one thing he asserts in that case.

Two simple questions

Dr. Tesla, Have you read the second memoriale? Have you read her letter to her lawyers from 9 November?

I think Knox accusing her black boss of the crime was an indirect admission that she knew a black man Guede was involved. she didn't want to accuse him b/c if she knew of his involvement it's only b/c she was there, but maybe she thought they would find evidence of a black man or at least wanted to get police thinking it was a black man who did it.

Guede din't want to accuse them of the murder at first b/c to do so, he's got to admit he was there when they did the killing. when he saw he was cooked, his story got closer to the truth.

I can try to explain this. He walked to the front door, tracking blood, found that the door was locked and couldn't be opened without the key. Went back to the bedroom, found the keys, without stepping in any blood this time. Locked the door, opened the front door and left.

No, I've already explained this, the prints were visible to the naked eye, getting lighter as went from Meredith's room to the front door. That hallway was inspected with luminal and no Rudy track were found going the other way. He didn't do that, he went out an open door that Amanda had left open when she left, he never locked Meredith's door and really, I don't expect any Foaker to believe this, if they do, they would no longer be a Foaker. By the way, I don't know what to call you guys other than FOAKERs and Builders, is there some other name you would prefer to be called?

There are actually 2 letters from that date, one written at 1:00 and then a 2nd at 3:45, both in English and in Amanda's hand writing (printing actually).

No medical evidence shows that and we've had this talk before, how long did the attack last? Remember, once the attract starts, digestion stops, weren't you suppose to be a vet or something?

I like to joke that Knox's idea of police brutality is the police would not allow her to have mulitiple sex breaks with her "boyfriend" during the questioning at the police station. :)

Much like OJ looked for the REAL killer on the golf course, Knox will look for the REAL killer in sex shops while having sex with her "boyfriend". :)

I think Charlie covered this. I didn't know about a gate or grill, but I bet Rudy did. That settles why he didn't bother with their apartment. Thanks.

It was in the Book of Grinder and you should acknowledge the cite

this is the funniest part of her declaration:

3. Who is the REAL murder [sic]? This is particularly important because I don't feel I can be used as condemning testimone [sic] in this instance.

I love how she capalizes REAL. then she acknowledges that determing who the REAL murderer is "particularly important". you think so, Amanda? Hah! but then her reason for that doesn't seem to be justice or making sure this person doesn't kill again, but really so her false accusation of her boss who she knows is innocent doesn't condemn him.

this is the woman that people on here want to go to bat for. lol

First, why did not the prosecution bring this up. Second, how does one use a lamp to clean-up two sets of forensics and leave a third?

It's very hard to take you seriously when this sort of stuff is posted.

It's not about Knox. It's about Meredith. It's about who killed her. And the only set of forensics in Rudy Guede's. Too bad Rudy didn't have a magic lamp.
