Allow me to clarify before we get into a long winded two page discussion about the matter. There was for a long time suspicions held by many during the opening stages of the Boston Bombings that these two individuals were the Timothy McVeigh anti-tax types. Then names of individuals started to drop, and these names appeared to be those of Hindu Indian Americans, which clouded the matter further.
I'll admit, many were looking for a sort of Oklahoma bombing plot because it happened in a very similar time frame many years ago. I'm willing to admit that this situation may not have any cause, and may simply be two rogue individuals seeking revenge against society. We'll see as the story unfolds. As for this issue, I think it's best if we left it here and continue forward and find out what is actually happening.

There was only one name mentioned, that of the missing uni student, and no heavy opinion either way about him, until you mentioned the second name just ~40 posts ago. And neither name is being thrown around on the major news channels.
There had been very, very little discussion of race until you made it a thing about 3 pages back.
I have avoided the CT thread on the bombing, but maybe you've been reading/participating in it. But I don't think you are describing this thread.

Very well, I'll drop the issue. For the record however, someone was mentioning that the Muslim community was waiting to see if the suspects in question were Muslim. Someone mentioned the issue before me, but I'll grant that I expanded the issue far beyond where it needed to be.
No I did not participate in the CT thread. I don't frequent the CT section of the forum. I've looked at it perhaps 5 or 6 times in my entire stay on JREF. I am curious of what they are saying now however. I think I'll go take a look.
