Explosion at the Boston Marathon.

Hey here's an idea, why don't we take the discussion of whether right wing groups have done something like this before elsewhere?
 
Horrible, just horrible. What the hell is wrong with people?

That didn't stop those commenting from saying that the police should "just shoot the SOB" while he sits handcuffed on the grass. And they were serious. Scary reactions people have.

That's something I could have gone without seeing. I'm glad I really do have a strong stomach.

Maybe, but it's pretty crummy to try "scooping" something like this without any sort of confirmation. Personally, I'm waiting for something a bit more solid.
 
They're not telling us everything at this point. Any of the stories floating around could be true, or could be BS. I really think there are more casualties than they are telling. The Boston police commissioner stated there were fatalities at multiple locations - or some such phrase which made me think there are more than just 2 deaths :(

The point is that there are individuals of all political stripes that are capable and have done horrific random attacks. Domestic groups are not usually the types to do this sort of thing. They tend to target specific political entities. This is a random attack at a world famous event. The purpose was terror for terrors sake and not a statement against a specific entity (that we know of at this time). You tried to tie it to a specific political "Side" with no evidence to support it. You might be right but I suspect that it will turn out differently.
 
Apparently sniffer dog searches were carried out prior to event down the street,so much for them he? Unless it was two suicide bombers seems likely to be trashcan or left rucksacks? Not seen any images from hotel yet,have I missed them?

Small devices too,relatively small casualties,so unlikely to be al-queada.

Don't be too tough on them. They're under a LOT of pressure. And they're very cynical about law enforcement's managing of information.

It may turn out to be unfounded, but listening to rumors doesn't bother me. I want to know!
