I agree.

I mean, just look at the savage severity of this beating. This was a few hours after the incident. Poor George. I can see why he had no choice but to shoot; his life was clearly in danger.

I don't think a "propensity for calling the police" is indicative of murder 2, or racism.

I'm not sure of the point of these last 2 posts addressed to me. Per your previous request, I clearly pointed out something was my opinion. We are on the second thread on this subject and GZs phone records and and history of calls has been covered many times, both in the previous thread and this one.

Bottom line is evidence and who did what .. Who hit who in the nose, who was beating up on who, smashing one's head on concrete, ground, earth etc .. and who thought his life was in danger ...

The rest: lbs, gold teeth, tats etc .. are minor side details ... -- that simply show TM was not a little 13 year old innocent boy etc that MSM claimed at first.

When someone is beating on you ... you are messed up, softly spoken .. He believed his life was in danger and defended himself the only way he could at the time, cuz he could not handle TM giving it to him.

And that picture .. what's so special about it.. - GZ is cleaned up on it.. after few hours his swelling on the broken nose went down .. face is bruised .. his head is swallen and bumped .. I can see it on the pic..

Are you aware, by the way, that it is MORE SEVERE to be hit on the back of your head .. or the back of your head being smashed on to something .. than being punched with force in your face etc..

Have you ever watched boxing or UFC for example?

What happens when someone hits someone on the back of one's head ... Ref steps in and goes: "No heating on the back of the head" .. -- can give warning, deduct points, and if it continues .. can simple stop the fight and disqualify the offender.

He could have avoided that beating if he had just kept to his own business and left an innocent stranger alone. I'm a 48-year old woman and I would have given GZ the beatdown of his life if he dared approached me in that manner.

I actually was reading it on my phone, originally. I went upstairs to my computer in hopes of being able to actually read the fine print, to see where each individual noise was coming from, maybe with larger print, I could see a link to where this information was coming from that gave a better description of the image but nothing was there. You then went on to argue in the following post about milliseconds and I explained that even with if you subtract for the delay, there is almost three times the amount of time for the average human reaction time from the moment the dispatcher says, "Which way," and George getting out of the car. It would be helpful if you showed where the sound wave was coming from, perhaps with a label for each individual sound spike.

The image does have a lot more resolution than what displays. I used the IMGW tag to constrain the width so it didn't blow the margins and make all the text really small for everybody else. I used highlighting to divide the time into three segments for "He's running", "Which way is he running" and the car noises. I figured the readers would be able to count the syllables from there. Of course, if you don't trust my analysis you'll have to make your own measurements so you can skip the pretty picture I provided.

Then I explained the delays. Do you know about the delayed voice signal in cell phones? I just explained that to phonebook with a link.

You call it stalking .. and even if that occured .. even if GZ didn't turn back with TM jumping him / surprising him ... -- some other people might call it following, keep an eye on someone..

You tell me .... walking behind someone .. without phisically offending one .. since when that became an offense?

Or even approaching one and asking one: "What are you doing around here?"

Sinice when it's an offence (maybe not very nice.. but not illegal...)

Punching one however .. on the nose or elsewhere IS.

TM .. or say, if i was in his shoes, could have replied something like ... "what's your problem? ... I am staying over there .. at my Dad's G/F place .. Do you have a problem with that?

Nope, haven't missed it. I thought I must have just been misunderstanding, and wanted clarification that your opinion had little to do with the facts we have been discussing, but you have made that clear, so thanks!

Of course I believe GZ called the NEN and followed TM because TM was black.

Does it appear to you that she's implying that GZ had reasons to call the NEN number other than TM's race? She even implies that it's the obvious reason why.

GZs actions were motivated by TMs race. Do you think for one minute that if TM was white, GZ would have given him a second glance?

Again, she offers only TM's race (black) as the motivation behind GZ's actions. She goes on to ask a rhetorical question implying that had TM been white (and thus, not black), GZ would have ignored any other potentially attention-grabbing behaviors.

Did KatieG say she thinks George would call the police on every black person?

No, but this particular black person was found to be suspicious "because [he] was black".

Surely George has seen black people and not called the police. If we look at George's history, his calls seem to predominantly on young black males in his neighborhood. There's 4 cofactors in that and only one of them is black.

The above is your rationalization, none of which matches her comments quoted above.

I read the link and though the tech talk is a bit over my head in that forum, I tried to focus on the latency of all the services they provide. It's not that I don't trust your analysis, I don't fully understand what it is saying. I thought you were explaining it in the follow up post. There is enough milliseconds to account for the delay and the reaction time to "which way..."
