Stress?

What will be term to be used for "to remain in normal condition for prolonged time"?

Whether sleeping or lying in bad is not a rest?

That depends on whether the person is being slothful or whether they're depressed or whether they're recovering from unusual circumstances.

It make no sense but is just nitpicking.

From your languages, Now I feel normal condition is somewhere between stress & rest--balanced condition.:)

This is just your understanding capabilty not of mine. Empity glass can take more water.

You are still abusing language and your statements are incoherent. You are also dishonest, you ask for correction and the immediate go back to abusing language. The problem is you abuse of language.

You simply see opposite/wrong side. Talk in normal sense.

Stress and rest are not opposites, your simple polarity is that a false dichotomy. There is a regular cycle between many levels of arousal, dependent on a complex of factors. Levels of arousal rise and fall over the day and the situation.

Stress is caused by extended periods of arousal, and is the depletion of resources caused by extended periods of arousal so the opposite of stress is not(depletion of resources caused by extended periods of arousal).

You are over simplifying things and still dishonest. The homeostasis of the human body is not a dichotomy, the effects of extended periods of arousal are multi-variate and multi-causal, therefore any notion that stress and rest are opposites is false.

Are you honest enough to discuss this?

Then, what will be impact of staying chronically in normal condition without stress?

Boredom, I expect. As explained, stress is not wrong or unhealthy, in itself. However, if the stress condition persists, it can lead to detrimental conditions.
