NIST-Reports - Mirror or copy, anybody?

Hey all,

in more than a year, I have not been able to download any PDFs from the NIST's pages on WTC. I get endless shows of the hourglass and eventually timeouts.

I don't have several parts of the WTC1+2 reports, for example I could not find the part where they tested the behaviour of the paint when heated.


So, do you know of an alternative download site, or could you make the reports available to me? Via Dropbox perhaps, or some FTP?

Grrrrrr!! And now the same problem with another NIST resource:

Here, I want to download the DTSA-II Gemini for Windows - MS Windows software - an EXE file of 46.4 MB. It loads the 700 kB quickly, and then stalls forever -.-

I suspect NIST doesn't like my non-US IP number or something like that.

Could anybody do me a favour, download this, and PM on how to pass it on to me? Thank you very much!

I'm from outside the US and have no problems. You may want to contact your ISP and ask them what's going on. Maybe NIST just doesn't like your German IP

Nah, that .exe comes over to Germany with 350 KB/s for me and it was half-way here before I established the speed and stopped it.

Might be a problem with either your browser settings or Adobe. Can you download a file without link clicking or by right-click?
