I am sure you would't start murdering, raping, pillaging and lying, would you?
I suspect you'd still be exactly the same person you are, with strengths and weaknesses, like everybody else on the planet.

Do you think the color of your skin makes you a better person than others people of color? More worthy, more blessed?

I'll take a shot at that. Mormons love strawberries on their Belgian waffles. It's not derogatory and yet is a complete strawman in the context of this thread.
 
We seemed to have returned to the state were Janadele's responses are minimalistic and uninformative, and skyrider44's are evasive via mild insult and meaningless aside.

Religions and religious "leaders" do not deserve the automatic respect they are leant in our culture. It's time they were removed from the constellation of "authorities" allowed a voice in important cultural/social discussions.

Again, please clarify something: Do you believe that Christians should have the authority to dictate the morality of non-Christians. Don't Non-Christians have the right to choose their own moral code within the parameters of civil law? If two consenting adult females, for example, wish to get married, how is this "forcing" their morality on Christians?
 
The originating post from asydhouse was off topic to this thread, as are all responses to it.

How come Romney dim't get elected. Was it his unworthiness, or did god just decide he doesn't want to be involved in politics. I am sure Romney must have prayed mightily.
