What you are hoping for, here is that everyone scurries back through the previous 200+ pages to find it, only for you to handwave it away to the next reset.

No. Just no. You were shown that lots of them were not medical witnesses, some of them weren't even witnesses.

Why should anyone consider going through that just to satisfy your need for attention, and your need for a reset to massage your ego?

Do you really think I will search out the posts that you yourself should have read? Only to have you return two months hence and attempt to reset?

Guess again. It is up to YOU to read the responses, not us to have responses ignored. And post the same responses again, and again, and again.

So here is a task for you. Go back through the thread, and rebut those affirmative claims that some of your "40+ medical witnesses" were not medical personnel, and some were not even present.

There was not a single named medical witness from the list that was rebutted. It's easy to make charges you can't back up. The list, for the upteenth time, can be read right here.


Now which of these names does not qualify as a medical witness????

Why should we bother, Robert? You'll just ignore the rebuttals, just like you've ignored them every time they've been presented. After which you'll proceed to attempt yet another reset. Over, and over, and over again. You've been doing this same ridiculous trollish CT cycle for well over a hundred pages.

You do understand that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit get quite cross with those who waste their electrons and photons in such a frivolous manner, don't you?

I do recall the comments from the doctors, you know, who started examining the body before they did anything, you know, looking at the body, looking at where the bullets had entered the back of the his head. It was obvious that one bullet entered the back of his head and exited on the right side of his face and pretty well blew away the right side of his head.

True. I would be happy with his medical qualifications though. It is a simple naggy thing, but Robert keeps making so much out of the MEDICAL witnesses because that word suggests a certain authority.

In the real world evidence is not at all diminished if you admit the photographers were technical specialists not medical witnesses, though of course their use to Robert would be considerably less.

A photographer is a great witness for describing how the photos were taken and how they were documented. Less so when it comes to analysing or offering a medical opinion of the wounds. Same for other technicians. They are very good witnesses for their own field, not for what Robert wants them to be good witnesses about. In much the same vain as there was considerable discussion as to why a trauma surgeon will be less use for assessing if a wound is an entrance or exit wound than a pathologist.

Not that it seems to matter as Robert seems to believe he is better placed than his witnesses to draw conclusions from their descriptions of wounds. Despite the limitations from their ability to describe a wound, Roberts ability to understand that description, and his obvious bias towards the parts of a statement he thinks must be most important because he thinks they point towards the conclusion he wants to draw.

This reminds me of how skeptics, when talking creationism, would for the longest time consider it ended with George McCready Price, and all the while new creationist work burgeoned. When the creationists started getting active, scientists found themselves out of it, and creationism got a big advantage in the public debate.

I had never heard of this one either. Anything involving an attractive woman, sex, drugs, and Timothy Leary is bound to be more exciting than the same old tired drivel we've had rehashed ad nauseum for the last 216 pages.

Lipsey's job was to guard the body. That doesn't require a medical degree, but fact is, he was only considered a medical witness because he was there at the autopsy. On further review, he is not a good witness for either side, his testimony being inconsistent and contradictory. No matter. There are others. In his place on my list of 40 plus, include mortician John Van Hoesen who described an "orange sized" hole in the back of K's skull.
