This is now becoming surreal
Menard is now threatening to hand out pamphlets in J.B.'s home town :D

The good news is I am pretty sure I know who he is, where he lives, his phone number, where he works, his year and month of birth and will soon have an image of his face. We will then be making up some pamphlets to hand out in his neighbourhood and place of work, and to all his corporations clients, revealing to all in his circle of associates and neighbours, how he has stated that on the spur of the moment and for not answering questions on a forum, he decided to destroy another human being he has never met, and has had no dealings with.

Obviously Menard won't be coming over to do it himself. They won't let him fly! Damn those statutes! :D

It'll be interesting to see if he actually does something more than claim.

If he did succeed in handing out pamphlets in the correct home town near the correct person, he would be opening himself up for a potential lawsuit. Just because RM is unable to pull the trigger on a small claims suit, doesn't mean that JB would be equally unable.

AND he's even kindly provided an address to send all legal correspondence to so he could be easily served.
 
He should be more concerned with keeping his supporters happier. They have a suicidal freeman in their forum and one of them things the best thing was to ask whether WFS has a contract with him. Another thinks he should be a martyr and lose his court case in true WFS style.

Another life potentially destroyed by the teachings of Rob.
 
As his new clean and sober act indicates Menard is not unaware of his reduced status.

But in order to reconcile his living-on-a-friend’s-couch life style with his illusion of grandeur he has to attribute his reduced state to an imagined international conspiracy, funded with millions of dollars, that includes a rouge Canadian judge (and his forum alter ego), a U.K. “sociopath” and a cowardly ole boy from Kentucky.

As LordEd observes there can’t be anything regular in Menard’s life. No lawn moving. No fruit picking. No work.

No, Menard has to reach across the globe to his imaginary league of minions who will do his bidding to strike down the same guy Menard, himself, can’t find to file suit against.

If Menard doesn’t invent this conspiracy then he's just another loser and his daddy was right about him all along.

Robert, when you read this can you explain what loss and harm I have caused you since we started debating?

Surely you will need to demonstrate this in court when we go head to head.

Seems to me this goes one better if those scammed complain they are admitting to having knowingly supplied funds for an illegal operation, which might qualify as a criminal enterprise and the whole lot of them could be considered an organised criminal organization.

Thinking about this, I'm reminded of a line from an old movie, I think it was Ben Kingsley who said it. Speaking to another character who has just found out that he's been inadvertently working for Organized Crime the whole movie: "Don't let the name fool you; it's not that organized." :D
