Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

That can't be Menard's booze bill. Look at the bottom where it says: "TAX 7460.94." A Freeman On The Land is not bound by statutes that cover consumption taxes. A Freeman On the Land can withdraw consent can't he?

All he has to do is write "Accepted as Paid" on it at a 45 degree angle in red ink and it's taken care of.

Works a charm and in many restaurants it's gotten me a temp job as a pearl diver or a free cot and breakfast at the local constabulary as well as transportation out of town, now that's WIN.

Who needs cash when you can use an AFV receipt? :D

What amuses me most about that receipt - after the guy's paid $100 000 for a single bottle of wine, you'd think they'd comp the two guys who were drinking Coors Light....:D

We might want to provide an example of how such projects in the real world document their use of donations.

I think it’s a good idea to show freemen the kind of reporting they should expect.

But the sad thing is that Menard claims to have a 147 I.Q., prodigious research powers and says he has LSAT scores off the chart and yet we have to tell him how to report?

If the Fezzed One ever admitted that the donations and their use are more than his personal business his gambit would be to play stupid and find endless problems with the processes of the reporting.

Think of a 10 year old caught in a lie about his “lost” lunch money.

I wonder if the investor in Shepherds haven got their money back?

Hi I'm back and will end my discussion here with these words.

My outburst was a result of my growing frustration with my fellow man and although I am aware of and speak about the importance of compassion, I never claimed to be a perfect example of it and if my words lacked compassion I humbly apologize.

This discussion will not solve anything, as it has no legal weight and creates no agreement or binding contract. It is in fact a big waste of my time and creates only frustration. (Not so much with you FTA, but your cheering section. I don't mind them cheering you, but shooting spitballs is rude)

So this is what I am doing.

I found an investor for my concept which I am calling Shepherd's Haven. I will be opening a little cafe and therein I will sell beer, wine and pot to those who have secured Freeman status.

I will operate in British Columbia but not in The Province of British Columbia. I will operate in Vancouver City but NOT in the Corporation of the City of Vancouver. Because I won't be operating in the Corporation their bylaws will not be applicable to me. Because I will not be operating in the Province of British Columbia their statutes will not be applicable to me. Since I will be operating as a Freeman-on-the-Land statutes such as the Income Tax Act and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act will not be applicable to me.

And you will see that what you have been led to believe by the government is a lie.

If they don't come and try to bust me you will have a chance to see the truth.
Of course some will still refuse to see.

That's why the entire process is going to be turned into a movie.

And I will be operating under a claim of right and fee schedule and will be fully prepared to bring legal action against anyone that interferes with my lawful actions.

If the so called authorities do not come down on me will you then accep[t that I am acting lawfully and that statutes are not laws and persons are not people?

In any event, I wish you all well and if I am wrong it will soon be apparent.
If I am right, that to will be apparent.

If you would like to verify these words call the Licensing official for The Corporation of the City of Vancouver and ask him about me. He is a very nice man named Paul Teichrob. Ask him if he has any intent of trying to stop me from acting in Vancouver City but not in TCOTCOV.

Ask him if anyone in his organization wishes to claim my path is unlawful.

Have a good one my children. Let your Nanny state take care of all your needs and desires. Don't bother even trying to learn the words that they use to restrict you.

But don't cry to me when they are putting you to bed early and making you do your homework.

I am now an adult and will not be nannied by service providers.
You could also call the VPD and ask them what their response would be. Their answer will surprise you.
This post was from 2007, same old same old Menard.

Over to you Bobby, did you return the investment?

You wont get odds from me, TBH I think he convinced "Bud the Oracle" to open one instead.

Drug activist arrested for storefront enterprise

'Pot shop' operated for at least a week

A 59-year-old marijuana activist is facing several drug charges for
allegedly selling marijuana, LSD and other drugs out of a storefront in
Mount Pleasant.

Klaus Kaczor, who calls himself Bud the Oracle, operated his "pot shop" for
at least seven days at 564 East Broadway before police arrested him Feb. 17.

On the WFS, there's a user "freethinker8" begging to have his account deleted and postings removed because they can be used in court against him.

Looks like for growing pot following the posting history. I wonder how hard it wound be to link the account that claims to being a programmer in NSW, Australia who had 4 plants confiscated claiming medical uses, makes various admissions online, and using freeman approaches in court to a real person facing a real situation in the real worod.

He now states as his signature:

This forum is a joke and no-one should EVER believe ANYTHING posted here.

I am no longer a willing supporter of WFS I wish I could delete my account and my posts but I'm not allowed to.

I can't even delete individual posts. Therefore I refuse to post anymore information that I find.

This post was from 2007, same old same old Menard.

Over to you Bobby, did you return the investment?

This reminds me of the old movie “The Producers” in which Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder gain generous financing for a Broadway musical which they purposefully make terrible and tasteless (remember "Springtime for Hitler"?) in the sure hope it will close after one show allowing them to pocket the funds that would have been used for a long, successful run.

To their horror the show is so bad that it’s good.

Well, this gambit is even better. . . raise weeks and months worth of start up funds for a clearly illegal marihuana bar and an accompanying movie. . . publicize it so the cops know all about it. . . when the place is promptly closed and the nominal proprietor gets busted the behind the scenes scammer rants about the evil corporate government, threatens legal action and the funds are never accounted for.

Clearly Jargon Buster is in fact Robert Menard's long lost judicial person. I would create some word-play to prove it, but he's too clever for me. The only thing I have detected is the names are the same length.

JA R G O N B US TER
Rearrange the "TER" to "ERT" and we have R O B E R T ;)

Interesting debate going on over at Tpuc about Bob the Fez.

Oneeyejacks been accused of being jargonbuster:)

Nope not me

I see they are discussing the Lance Thatcher/Menard connection.

Our hyper-sensitive subject is posting over there.

In a January 31, 2013 3:09 a.m. post on page 13 Menard tries to put a positive spin on one of his fund raising attempts innocently revealed in an earlier post (page 11) by the poster “Wes”.

In his frankly, weird response Menard tries to make it look like he didn’t solicit funds from Wes even though he has a pay pal account open for that purpose, mentioned a specific dollar amount he sought and offered to pay contributors back, presumably after his supposed sure thing suit against Judge Rooke comes through.

Get that last part in writing, freemen!

Inexplicably, Menard ends up calling Wes, who just offered to help, a troll because he made Menard’s solicitation look like a solicitation and two days later hasn’t come through with the $1,000.

Menard calls this a dishonorable snub.

I don’t think Fez Boy is right in the head.

I think you may be being unfairly critical of Robert here, doesn't everyone have a paypal account set up in case people offer them money over the internet? :D

Just to quote some of Roberts lines
Myself, I have trouble even finding employment, though I am a great worker, merely because I do not have a Social Insurance Number, and so many employers believe one is needed in order to be hired.
He does have a SIN he just chooses pretend he doesn't and as such, not work, claiming you have given it up doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
When you first approached me, I was sitting wondering how I am going to ome up with the money needed for the effort I am envisioning. I was praying for some help, and saw your email. So I responded. You offered help. I accepted, informing you of what I was needing at the time.
Then he writes
Know what? At the time, your words raised my hackles... is this another foray by those who seek to attack, discredit and destroy me?
was that paranoia or his Wolverine sixth sense kicking in? :D

theres loads more to choose from, heres the post

I especially like the part where forgetting he told Wes he would pay back contributors he felt compelled to tell his tale of woe by admitting he has “. . . trouble even finding employment. . .”.

He does have a SIN he just chooses pretend he doesn't and as such, not work, claiming you have given it up doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

So that’s why he’s sitting around all day playing on the internet, making YouTubes and doing bong hits!

That works out good for the Bloated One.

You have to figure Menard knows the average boss sees the freeman red flag when he starts spouting off about his SIN and will think that even if hired under the table Bobby boy is going to be trouble on the work site. You know, telling some gullible kid that work place safety laws are just statutes, or some such thing.

How gullible would you have to be to give Menard money on the strength of getting DOUBLE (thats what he promised) back?
Firstly if you believe what Menard says is true about him never having to go to court then you know you have no way of getting your money back legally.
If you don't believe what he says then why would you give him money at all?

Question then remains, who is loaning him money?
Answer
No one, thats why he's broke on someones couch and hitting the bong.

Freemanry is growing exponentially Rob, yeah right. :D

With the A4V 'method', why must it always be somebody else accepting the signature as payment?

Why don't the freemen get together and perform some labor or service for others, then provide help to their clients in signing the bills properly.

They would be able to out-bid all other clients as it would be 'free' to the customer. They would be able to cash in their A4V claims as they are experts in the process and be able to use these resources to further their other goals.

The proof becomes their success. Its a perfect plan.

Rob, go contract your services to somebody. Mow lawns or pick fruit or rake leaves as a contract service. Accept no cash, but help them pay with A4V. Document the bill all the way to the bank.

Put your own work at risk instead of others.

Then he succeeded. He must by now be the head of a multi-ton of gold and silver masonry company providing services at an unmatchable rate.

Good work Rob.
