And, Menard has proved me to be right.
The flaw with that claim, though, is that there would still need to be a documented reason, even a historical one, for that kind of thing to happen when freeman tactics are used. Common practices don't just pop up out of nowhere.

Menard has a history of stories, tall tales and out right lies, including his supposed encounter with a North Vancouver cop who he says, in a painfully narcissistic tale, he buffaloed with freeman theory.

There is and should be a court documentation, even of cases “quietly dismissed”, which if provided would substantiate Menard’s claims and get the poor old bloated, bald bong boy the approval he so desperately yearns for.

Sadly, pathetically it turns out that case after case, which Menard claims as a winner and "shares" is a loser, not a winner, for him.

He’s a lair.

Mind you, I don't doubt that his followers do believe such stories. It wouldn't occur to them to ask for proof. They so want these stories to be true they believe them

99% of his "followers" are just people who havent cottoned on to his spin and lies, most will eventually and then move on, hopefully without parting with any money or getting a 'wake up call' in court.
Menard knows this and avoids people who question him and concentrates on the "nodding dogs".
(anyone on his facebook page doesnt believe this just ask him to explain some of his theories and ask for evidence and see how long you remain friends)
If anyone is reading this who believes what Rob says is true just wait 3 months and then look back at it.
If you still believe it then there may be no hope for you.
If you feel embarrassed that you actually fell for it then dont worry, he just caught you at a low ebb when you wanted an easy way out from your problems.
And whats easier that being able to just say "I dont consent" and everything will be fine.

Here's my FOTL story, totally true:

I was stopped in my car for not displaying the proper slave papers, when I explained that I was traveling not driving for profit the officer immediately agreed but I graciously let him write the ticket to avoid trouble with his boss and voluntarily went to court, the judge heard my jurisdictional argument and wanted to recuse himself but, in order to avoid embarrassment to him, I allowed him to proceed with the proceeding. After a few more exchanges he appeared to become wrothy so I thought it the better part of valor to acquiesce and went freely with the 'guards' to the 'cell'. The state now provides me free room and board and access to the TV room. WIN

with his two younger brothers and rides his bike. But every time he goes out, Peterson straps on his pistol, which is legal to do in Idaho, and he openly declares the local police to be his enemy.

Yup, typical freeloading behaviour.
When Peterson was called back to court to discuss a possible deal for the stun gun incident, his defiance continued. He refused to rise when the judge entered the room. When the judge threatened to find him in contempt and sentence him to five days in the county jail for not rising, Peterson responded, "I will rise under protest then."

Menard will claim nonviolence but around 3:00 or 3:30 on this YouTube he clearly loses his cool and starts to talk violence. At 5:50 he threatens to arrest policemen and their “bosses” . . .

Now why would you do something foolish like getting less time? Surely (especially in Winter) you'd want to transfer onto others as much expense as you can? If you're smart, you could do something minor to get your reservation extended by about 30 days; get you out just in time for fine Summer weather.

But the fund raising Fez has developed several money raising appeals since August 2010 including appeals to fund legal challenges he never made and requests for money to replace his computer, which at one time he claimed was stolen.

What freeman needs the government to tax him when he has Menard around to reach into his pocket?

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. Can you cut and paste irrelevant sections of the US constitution and randomly mix with mostly-irrelevant sections of the Canadian charter of rights, and inject a few key 'facts' part-way in with no support at all?

That's always a fun exercise to try to get the freeman to explain without cut+paste.

Peterson and Menard are coming from much the same place. They both are working the psychological defense mechanism of rationalization and their computer search engines overtime in an attempt to find excuses for their insane opposition to any and all authority figures and society's rules.

The primary difference being that, while Peterson may actually have a set of truck nuts, the manipulative narcissist, Menard, gets others to act out the irrational behavior he, in the end, just doesn’t have the guts to carry out.
