Oops and I almost forgot. Rob is suggesting that he is willing to go into a REAL court and subject himself to STATUTE LAW?

Rob, where are your principles? What sort of example is this to set for your victims, I mean followers?

This just goes to show how little legal knowledge Rob actually has. You cant file a lawsuit against a judicial opinion. I'm pretty sure in Canada that judges also have judicial immunity from civil suits. Im guessing it works sort of like sovereign immunity - where some judicial body will allow judges to be sued if the case has merits (just like the government allows itself to be sued in instances where it has immunity, if the case has some merit). Of course, Rob's suit having no merit, would get no where.

Not to mention to request damages of $1 million you'd have to somehow justify that between actual damages and general damages, or the equivalent in Canadian law, and there is no way in the world for someone who makes as little money as Rob to support that dollar amount.

Yes, it looks as if statements made by judges in the course of judicial proceedings (which I would have thought has to include the judgment) have absolute privilege:

Since the courts told him a few years ago that he can't file court papers or act as legal council in a BC court, my guess is Menard would have to hire a lawyer to represent him.

That poses the challenge to El Fezzarino of raising enough money (not spending it on weed, beer and pancakes) and finding a lawyer who’d bother with him.

My guess is he’ll dupe a handfull of freeman wannabes for a few bucks, and after the scam runs out he’ll make up some sort of half ***** plea document, post it on the web, with an accompanying red eyed You Tube, and then blame the powers that be when it all amounts to nothing.

My moneys on the second option, the first one requires him to actually do something.
 
If Menard has a problem with being called a conman he can answer the accusation by providing a full accounting of freeman valley, C3PO and Canadian consumer credit efforts, including a financial audit.

If freeman valley is something real. . .if the C3PO has done anything more than wear the badges they bought from Menard. . .if the consumer credit effort has allowed a single individual to purchase anything and Menard can account for funds generated by his shows, donations and WFS memberships then everybody calling him a con artist would have egg on their faces and he’d really win in the court of public opinion.

But what’s the likelihood he’ll document anything?

But isn't soliciting donations to hire this lawyer tantamount to an admission that that court order does apply to him, something he has steadfastly denied?

If any of his nonsense is true, why can't he just use Freeman Magic in court? Why does he need any money at all?

This is why citizen-‘ships’ are held in the dock of a court, and the landlord’s agents, sworn under oath as such, of judge, magistrate, lawyer, barrister, solicitor and attorney arbitrates which ship in dispute must pay the landlord.

Honestly, even Menard has the sense to stop spouting crap when he realises that no one with half a brain cell believes childish gibberish.

Why is it that these internet warriors who are so more un-blinkered than everyone else, who can see past TPTB's cunning plan of hiding the lies in plain sight, are totally incapable of creating a website that doesn't look like an infant has been handed a crayon, (the ugliest colour in the packet), and been told to scrawl random BS on a page longer than your average roll of toilet paper?

But, hey-ho, it's written in italics and has a PayPal donation link so it must all be completely accurate.

I do find that site quite disturbing. It's mixing FOTL-Waffle / Sov-Twaddle with something else which I'm sure others will have picked up on before their eyes exploded.
