Merged The election was stolen/rigged!

After the fact fraud charges are fairly useless to pursue.

So if its not worth pursueing then you just throw up your hands and give up, is that it?

I have not been following all your posts in the last few months. Were you decrying the pending voter fraud due to the consent decree and calling for greater voter ID back then or is it just now that your party lost?

My mistake was omitting the word PHOTO. Those with no photo ID could vote in Pennsylvania due to a court injunction.l

No your mistake was to fail to present a shred of actual evidence of fraud rather than a few cherry picked anecdotes that made you feel better about the utter faliure of Romney's campaign.

You're wrong Robert.

Pennsylvania has very strict voter ID requirements. Who won that then?

In fairness, a judge stayed implementation of the law until the next election, in order to give voters more time to procure suitable identification. Of course, this in no way, shape, or form proves that there was any sort of widespread voter fraud in the state.

My mistake was...

Well, I think the obvious mistake was that you thought your ignorant ideas would be readily accepted on this board.

...and then when you discovered how ignorant your ideas were (because everyone told you so), instead of correcting that error, you "doubled down" making matters worse.

Now you are "stuck" with ideas that make no sense, but to "save face" you have to continue supporting those ideas.

It certainly sucks to be you...:D

After the fact fraud charges are fairly useless to pursue. But an ounce of fraud prevention in this election would have turned the tables.

There are 15 states with voter ID requirements. Obama lost all of them. What does that tell you?

That unnecessarily punitive laws were used to remove groups of voters who had legitimate issues with those requirements and tended to vote Democratic? I've got just as much evidence for that theory as you have for yours.

Nonsense. In fact the only time it is lawful to accuse someone of committing a crime is after the crime has been committed. Further, we have examples of successful prosecutions for electoral fraud.

I think it's highly revealing that you wish to suspend due process in order to achieve your political aims.

But an ounce of fraud prevention in this election would have turned the tables.

Speculation.

Prior restraint is expressly unlawful and in addition also violates the consent decree you referred to. You, as a private citizen, may not prevent someone from voting simply because you suspect he may be committing electoral fraud. Further, the GOP has been repeatedly cited for attempting voter intimidation.

There are 15 states with voter ID requirements. Obama lost all of them. What does that tell you?

Because such laws are the desire only of the GOP, it tells me that the only states in which such laws could pass were those that had a GOP majority, and hence would have voted for Mitt Romney anyway.

There is no evidence you've presented to suggest those states would have gone to Obama but for voter ID laws, nor to suggest that those states that went to Obama did so only because vote fraud occurred.

You have presented no credible evidence of substantial electoral fraud despite 11 pages of your tap dancing.

Virginia has a voter ID requirement. (I'm an election officer in my county here) And PRESIDENT Obama won Virginia. Funny how the REPUBLICAN-RUN state government seems to think it was an honest election...

From speaking with my brother-in-law, his polling place was pretty tough on getting photo ID from him.

ETA: He's also a registered Republican, and he isn't happy with the voter ID requirements, as he feels that there would be many that would be disenfranchised. He also believes Romney was the wrong candidate to field.

So, a RINO then?

Unfortunately not. He's also ABO. He'd rather back a losing horse than admit he's wrong.

Obama won Florida.

"In Florida, if photo identification does not contain a signature, voters will be asked for additional identification that does include a signature."

Thus the photo ID law is a suggestion, not law. Easy pickens for the Professional Fraudsters of the Democrat Party.

No, Robert , I was referring to coverage of the Bengahzi furor BEFORE Patearus' dilly-dallying was revealed.
In fact the GOP was decrying it within hours of it occurring.

As for F&F, I saw it covered on CNN and a quick google search shows its been covered by The Daily Beast, CBS News, and NBC San Diego among others, including Fox News.
Wrong again Robert.

Yeah, well F and F is about 2 years old. The mainstream networks didn't touch it till Holder got indicted for contempt.

You want some syrup with your waffle? Where's the evidence Robert? Where's the disenfranchised Republican voters? where's the Republican demands for criminal investigations? Where in short is the substance RP?

Just another example of Robert's hate for democracy.

How about the Professional Fraudsters of the Republican Party who gave Florida and the 2000 election to Bush? Why no mention of that?

Evidence, Robert. You have none. You have zero evidence that substantial voter fraud has occurred, perpetrated as you say by the Evil Democrats to steal the election away from Mitt Romney. None of this continuing tap dance about voter registration and voter identification laws provides the slightest hint of evidence that any fraud has occurred.

Evidence, please -- not continuing handwaving. Or withdraw the accusation.

"Additional". As in a photo ID and another piece of ID. Thus you are wrong.

While we're all waiting for you to move the goalposts again, perhaps you'll address why none of the people who voted for Romney in those areas of Ohio that went 100% for Obama have come forward to complain?

I'm afraid that your earlier explanation of there's no way for them to know if their vote was counted is simply too stupid to stand.
