Bigfoot: The Patterson Gimlin Film - Part 3

Nope. Al DeAtley has it. Bill Munns recently confirmed the likely whereabouts of the suit as discussed in confidence with Kitakaze.

A poster on the old BFF named Brent D claimed he saw the Patty suit in some rich guy's collection room in a glass case back in 2008.

Kit would have known about this from the following post on JREF in a PGF thread in March 2009:

Kit followed up on this and contacted Brent D. He was apparently running cable at Al DeAtley's house and saw the Patty costume in his office. He eventually went back and took a picture of it then sent it to Kit.

Who else could have the suit in their possession to convince Kit this was "the suit"? It's not Bob H and it's not Patricia Patterson and it's not Bob Gimlin. Who else was implicated in the hoax? Who else would not want the hoax revealed, as Kit claims? Who else would Kit have to worry about legal action from?

If Kit can unequivocally state that he has found "the suit" based on a picture and who has it, then there is only 1 option. DeAtley. Who else? The relative Kit contacted is Al's son Alan DeAtley. It's "complicated" because Big Al doesn't know about Kit and Alan had a falling out with his father. But it seems that Alan still has access to the mansion and the Patty suit.

And if this is the case, then how will Kit extradite Patty from Big Al thru Alan? Sounds complicated. I think Kit has a snowball's chance in hell of pulling this off.

You heard it here 1st. :D

If you are correct (which I doubt) why would you deliberately try to derail the possibility of Kit and Bill having the opportunity to see the suit?

How could you make such an obtuse post? Don't you understand the need to keep from publically stirring things up for this venture to have any chance of success?

The only thing I can figure out is that "You heard it here first" is all you care about.

To be fair, Kitakaze chose to open the potential "Pandora box" in first place at the BFF. I suppose that he did it on purpose.

Oh I'm correct and how am I derailing anything? You think someone reading a bigfoot thread is going to screw the deal? :D

Then why did Kit say anything to anyone, including Bill Munns? Weren't Kit's hints and taunts for us to guess who has the suit? Instead you act like I just told you there's no Santa. You need to grow up and get with the program.

I was just responding to Vort. It breaks my heart that you are so concerned about this. You sound like a broken footer. Some things you just shouldn't discuss until you've got the goods. This was one of em. If you don't want people to guess, then STFU.

What did you say a couple years or more ago?

It's not relevant to my response to River. I'm kind of tired and not really wanting to go into it. Some of my responses to Kit in other threads should give you plenty to read.

I trust the suit won't look like this

;)

The suit won't do much about belief in bigfoot, anyway.

It will make several people look foolish, but that's nothing new for them...

Most believers will go on believing. They don't need the PGF, and many have said as much, iirc.

That's pretty much the response I expected, a total dodge.

All you have to do is read some of my posts and that's a dodge? Ha. How did you quote my post if you find it so difficult to read my posts? Some people do their own research, don't wait for others to hand it to them. I guess you're not one of those people. Another nice dodge?

Why should any of us be required to read all your posts when you can easily answer the question, if you're being honest?

Please link to one of the posts that explains what you said a couple years ago.

Nothing pertinent found when looking through the profile user stats where you look for someone's posts. Two pages of posts there.

So yes, he came out a couple of years ago and "said something". Just nothing pertinent to what he pretended to be responding to with Shrike.

So that's the answer to your question GT/CS. Because he enjoyed baiting.

Yep. And his "reveal" was lifted straight from the woo handbook. The way the reveal was made is my primary reason for thinking ole KK may be playing the footers and actually has squat.

Got to be honest here, but I've recently felt as if the KK thing risked becoming a skeptical equivalent of various iterations of Meldrum / Ketchum's DNA waiting-for-Godot act. "It'll be here soon" where soon == never.

To be frank, I'm not holding my breath, not least because, while it would be a nice end neatly tied up, it's never been necessary to the argument. I'm more sure of the fact that there is (or once was) a suit out there somewhere to be found than that there is an undiscovered biped walking the forests of North America, but that doesn't mean that either are likely to turn up.

If it does, cool, but it'd be a bonus rather than a game-changer, IMO.

I don't have a premium membership at BFF, so I can't link to any of my posts from that time. And you're not required to read anything. I don't care one way or the other. I have no interest in your wants.

River posted, "There are a few people out there that may have inside information to all this, and I'm going to guess none of them are saying anything" and I responded, honestly. You don't need to read (more into) it, but if you do, don't expect me to pander to you.

Well since you can't offer any proof all I can do is assume you're lying.
