Every time Obama gets the last word on a question, he stands up and is talking over the moderator, ignoring her attempts to sit him down, and he just goes on and gives a few comments to counter Obama's last points.

The important thing is that he won't outlaw all contraceptives. He vows not to do something no one thought he would ever do.
