At this rate we can expect a Taitz v. All Biological Matter In All Possible Universes lawsuit.
 
And "John Doe 89" will be "all self-organizing inorganic matter".
 
Once more U.S. jurisdictions come around to the far more logical and rational "loser pays" civil court system, there will be far, far fewer frivolous lawsuits.

The case and the parties are now up on PACER. But the clerk hasn't figured out how to characterize the initiating documents (the first documents are filed by the clerk, not electronically), and no documents are up yet.

This is a first. I've never seen that happen before.

In other words, Nothing. Like you've seen before.

I think he represented himself.

He has also filed numerous, frivolous lawsuits and i believe that he has been declared a vex lit by the courts. That is why he has Orly to represent him now.
 
Orly was unceremoniously kicked out of the Kansas board meeting, so presumably it's only a matter of time before she files an ammended complaint in Judd v The Universe, naming the three members of the board as John Doe #1-3 (that's how John Doe's 1-x works in OrlyLaw).

Ah, funny. Where did you see this?

I note that the original complainant withdrew, and that the board said they would not accept any more challenges (Kansas City Star).

Apparently a pretty swift affair, with only the board chair attending to close down the objection. First Orly tried to pull an "Indiana" (where she got herself 10 minutes without interruption, by making the birthers present cause a minor riot) and when that failed, she retreated to a "New Hampshire" (where a mob tried to get the commission members to have a word or two with them). Naturally, that also failed as the local law enforcement officer escorted her out of the building. I'm sure Orly is glad she spent a couple of thousand dollars (she only learned about the case on thursday/friday and airline tickets for flights on a sunday on two days notice = serious $$$$) for this :rolleyes:

I have to give credit to the two black gentlemen holding up signs, they made me laugh out loud.

Nothing, as it's not a requirement to hold the office of the President of the US of A. The birthers however, have worked themselves into a frenzy because a FOIA request of Obama's Selective Service card from 2008 having a stamp that was out of order. IIRC they consider it proof that he wasn't a US citizen until shortly before the elections, because stamp for the year is missing '19' and only showing 80. And if you turn 80 upside down, it becomes 08, thus proving that Obama had someone on the inside create a false Selective Service record for him in 2008 :rolleyes:
